I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 in red from Back Market, and I’m thrilled with it. The device arrived in excellent condition, with a vibrant display and impressive performance. The battery life is solid, and the camera quality is outstanding. Overall, a fantastic purchase that exceeded my expectations.

Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! I picked up a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Market and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The phone looks good, works well, and was a solid deal for the price. The only real disappointment is the battery health—it came in at 77%, which is actually below Apple’s own recommendation for replacement (they say anything under 80% should be swapped out). For a refurbished phone, I was expecting a little better. That said, I did grab the extended warranty for about $9, so I’m hoping that if the battery keeps dropping, I’ll be able to get it replaced within the coverage period. so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

Got a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Market arrived fast and looked almost brand new. Everything works great, but the battery health was at 78%, which was a bit disappointing. Still performs well, but I’ll probably need a battery change soon. Overall, good value and service!

I recently bought an iPhone 12 64 GB premium condition. it said there was no signs of usage. it showed up a little dirty. with tiny little scratches. now I'm not trying to be all negative and shi but I paid more so it would seem brand new. but other than the scratches it actually showed a.99% battery health which is great basically brand new battery wise but I bought another phone from back market like two years ago and it had cellular issues so we'll see how this one does other than that I really can't complain too much it's pretty good. but again if your looking for a review to decide whether or not to buy remember it's a hit or miss with refurbished phones hope this helped!!

I am so happy with my purchase! This phone is great and definitely and upgrade from my SE. It came with no scratches or dents or cracks and the battery capacity is at 100% which I was scared that it wasn’t going to be. It only took it about 4 days to arrive which is not bad at all. Overall I am very pleased with and next time I upgrade I plan to purchase from back market again.

We love backmarket and will never buy new phones again. My husband has bought several Samsung phones and this is my first iPhone, I am very happy with my purchase. I traded a 12 64GB for a 12 256GB and the phone is in excellent condition, the data transfer was easy through iCloud and I have so much storage in comparison. The delivery and time it took to arrive was less than 4 days and that was also important to me bc my old phone was really messing up due to storage issues. I ordered the Back Market iPhone 12 (64GB - Green, Locked to AT&T) for my 9-year-old, and while the phone itself works fine, I was disappointed with the condition upon arrival. The phone arrived a day later than expected, which wasn’t a huge issue, but the real concern was how dirty it was. I understand this is a refurbished device, but I expected it to be properly cleaned before resale—especially after upgrading to the "Excellent" condition tier. Before even taking it out of the plastic bag, I could see visible dirt and crust on the device, which was appalling given the current focus on hygiene. For a company that sells pre-owned devices, basic cleanliness should be a priority. I would have rated higher if the phone had arrived as expected and in a sanitary condition. If you order from Back Market, be prepared to clean your device yourself before use.

I chose "good" condition and there were 2 chips on the iPhone, in the metal part of the phone not the screen. I guess that's what you get with a used phone tho. The phone itself works great and I am paying for $2.99 a month for insurance because it seems like it'll cover everything so I think that's a good deal. One thing I will say is the phone availability and price was changing pretty much daily and I did miss out on a better deal but that's ok I was dragging my feet on making the purchase bc it was the 1st refurbished thing I've bought. So if you see a good deal get it now! Overall I am happy with my purchase so far! I paid $265 for a black iPhone 12 64gb.
