my first back Market experience and i am 100% satacfied. this came with only minor wear and a 82% battery capacity and for a used phone i got what i expected. it was unclocked and works just fine on metro by T-Mobile. thanks!!

The phone works great! This is my 3rd time receiving a iphone from here & I always am pleased. On my last iphone 11 pro max only thing was that only one side of my volume speaker at the bottom had a sound but the other sound was quiet, but it was definitely still loud. Now I have the iphone 13 mini & I love it 100% it also has long battery life than my other 2 iphones that i’ve received. Next i’ll be ordering the iphone 13 Pro Max

This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I’m so happy with my 13 mini. When I tried to verify the battery, it wouldn’t recognize it as a certified Apple battery, but I imagine it was replaced because that’s kinda what these folks do, right? That said, the battery life is better than I expected, going by other reviews of some refurbished iPhones. I’ve had no other issues so far after almost a month of use. Aside, for those considering, this would be a perfect phone for a kid - the size is indeed mini! If watching videos is important to you, don’t get the mini model — but if you’re a woman who understands the phone in pocket dilemma, this solves that problem! :)

I bought it for my daughter, she loves it. no scratches on it at all. it was like brand new. I actually ordered the iPhone 14 for my son. Will definitely buy from back market again the price was very reasonable.

Shipping was extra prompt (I placed my order around 1 in the afternoon & by that evening my phone was already being shipped) I ended up getting my phone a day early which was on point since we ended up getting a good amount of snow & it got here just before all the snow started sticking to the roads👏👏👏 The phone it self is in impeccable physical condition🤯, so needless to say I am very pleased & impressed.

Absolutely fabulous transaction! The iPhone 13 mini is getting scarce and I was hoping to get one before they disappeared from the smartphone universe. The phone I bought from Back Market was pristine. Like new with no indication that it had ever been used. Battery health was at 88% which is more than acceptable. Overall it was such a great buy and fantastic experience that I would not hesitate to send anyone in the market for excellent refurbished electronics to Back Market.

I bought the iPhone 13 mini for my elderly mother, who needed to have her failing iPhone XR replaced. The phone arrived before the estimated date. She loves the color and the smaller size. The fact that she has not called me with questions or complaints, tells me that she’s a very happy camper.

I love the smaller iPhone size - new ones are way too big! Trademore with BackMarket did a much better refurb job than my previous purchase! (We won’t name them) I love this iPhone 13 mini refurb and it was a decent price. The only reason I am giving 4 starts instead of five stars is because the battery health was at 86% but I can always get the battery replaced at Apple or Geek Squad if it gets too bad.

Bought GOOD condition 13 mini and it’s in such a great condition! I am so happy 😀. I planned switching Visible from Verizon after I got the phone, at the end of my phone purchase from Back Market, they offered me promo code for $5 discounts monthly for 24 months with Visible, I couldn’t be happier!!! I was nervous about buying refurbished phone, but with Back Market one year warranty and this experience, I am recommending Back Market to friends!
