I was a little nervous ordering a refurbished phone at first, but Back Market made the whole process super smooth. The iPhone 14 came in excellent condition — honestly looks brand new. Battery life is strong, the color is gorgeous (that purple hits different 💜), and it’s been running perfectly with no issues. Delivery was fast, and setup was easy. I’d definitely recommend Back Market if you’re looking to save some money without sacrificing quality. Will be ordering again!

I received my refurbished iPhone 14 a few weeks ago. Once the phone was set up it has operated flawlessly. I am pleased with my purchase and significant savings that I got from Back Market. I would highly recommend this approach looking for anyone in the market for a replacement phone. My only concern is the extended warranty plan that I purchased with the phone looks like it may be complicated to navigate. This is just an opinion as I have not tried to use this service and hopefully will not need to use.

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Probably could have picked an excellent condition phone to save some more money, but very happy with phone that appears in new condition without paying new price.

The product is excellent; its condition is perceived as new. The change made was highly satisfactory, considering my previous iPhone 11 with cracked screen and broken back. I received $81 for him and am very pleased with the transaction. One aspect to consider is that the Apple logo on the back is not original; however, the efficiency and internal quality are impeccable, confirming that it is an original iPhone with a screen in excellent condition and optimal operation.

The refurbished iPhone 14 was as was indicated and I am happy with the purchase. However, the trade in process is suspect as the price you are given is not the price they end up paying you. Their refurbishing company will tell you the condition is not as good as you submitted and then reduces your payout to lower than if you submitted a lower condition. Seemed like a bait and switch process by their refurbishing company.

Excellent service. And my refurbished phone looks absolutely new! Plus the old phone buy back. Only complaint is the $$ credit for my old phone having to go into my banking thus needing my personal info, rather than reimburse the same method I paid for purchasing. That I do not like.
