This is the second vintage iphone I've purchased from BackMarket and am very happy with both. Will definitely order a laptop when this one doesn't work anymore, and maybe a Roomba. I hope your mission succeeds!

Battery health came at 83%

I replaced my broken iphone SE (2016) 32 mb with this iphone SE (2016) 128 mb. Even though it's condition was listed as "fair", the phone looked pretty perfect to me! It was easy to restore my backup on it, too. I'm thrilled to have the extra storage space for a bunch more photos! The absolutely AMAZING part? The BATTERY HEALTH is 97 percent, more than DOUBLE what my broken phone has when it ended it's life. Super speedy shipping, well packed! Great communication and shipping notifications. Thus iPhone SE (1st generation, 2016) is an older model, but the smallest iPhone you can get, which is what I wanted, and that’s what I was replacing. This iPhone SE from Backmarket was in great shape and works perfectly. It’s the third iPhone I’ve purchased from Backmarket, and I’ve been satisfied every time.

Over the years I have needed about a half dozen refurbished phones. I have tried other stores, but I keep coming back to you. I replaced my wife's i phone 8 and now my 2016 SE. I have never had a bad product from you and I doubt I ever will THANKS!!

It's been an adjustment going from android to apple, love the phone. Love that even though condition says good, while it's not pristine it's closer to excellent. Thank you and when I'm ready for a upgrade, Back Market will be my first stop.

The phone came a day earlier than expected which is always great. I got a iPhone SE 1st generation, the condition was way better than I expected. The only thing I don't like is the size of the phone but other than that the overall service & product was great. It's my 1st iPhone so I'll probably get familiar with this 1 an grab another 1 from Back Market!

The device was a little dirty, just some smudges from residual glue, but nothing too serious. Other than awesome experience. Great price. The device was in condition just as advertised. This is my second time buying from Backmarket and will keep buying from Backmarket.

The iPhone SE rated as excellent has issues immediately. Once fully charged the phone shut down at least 4x in the first 2 hours after getting a full battery charge. The power button would not turn the phone on and the only was to turn it back on was to hit the power button and home button simultaneously. After one of its restarts the loading screen with the apply logo froze with what appeared to be a broken streaky image.

Everything was great, as usual. Almost decided to return item because I didn't expect it to be so small but...decided to keep it and give it a try. Thanks BackMarket for your great service, products and general awesomeness. L from H-town
