SHIPPING AND CONDITION IS EXCELLENT, BUT THE WARRANTY ON LENVONO WAS ACTIVATED LONG BEFORE I EVEN BROUGHT IT. (LESS THAN 9 MONTH LEFT ON WARRANTY. NOT SURE IF THE LAPTOP IS THAT MUCH DEMANDING ON POWER. ON A FULL CHARGE CAN'T EVEN LAST 2 HOURS (JUST BROWSING INTERNET AND YOUTUBE) WITHOUT IT NEEDING TO BE PLUGGED IN.

A+ Should have bought so long ago, friends are all jealous.

Can't tell it's refurbished by looking nor using it. Runs all the games I play great on high settings. Very happy with my purchase.

I have had my laptop a little over a month. It came in almost brand new condition and was wrapped carefully and neatly in the box in came in. I really enjoy my laptop. My only issue is that the screen will randomly go black and I am forced to restart my laptop. I think this might be a design flaw with Lenovo because when I looked it up a lot of people were referring to it as the "black screen of death". Outside of this I have no issues

So far, so good. Everything appears to work. The screen appears to show a little pixel glare around the edges, but only on the blank screen when in sleep mode. The image has not blemish when the computer is awake.

Sorry that I can’t tell you much. It was a gift for my son, and he’s presently enjoying it very much. Since my skills are very basic around a computer, I can say that cosmetically it’s in beautiful condition. I appreciated the quick manner in which this transaction was expedited. Thank you! Barbara

6 days early, no wear and tear from what i can tell, clean, and came with the extra key caps. Satisfied so far haven't tried to push it but i can multi task without hick-ups. $1000 cheaper than brand new even with a 2 year warranty, already got a pixel 6 from here half off id recommend this site no point in passing up good deals or wasting well maintained tech.

The laptop arrived quickly and was well packaged. It works great and my son is happy to use it for gaming. The keyboard lights up in neon lights which is a bonus. The laptop is a bit heavier than I thought it would be. Overall a great purchase.

Literally like it's brand new. Immediately downloaded and launched Helldivers 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and it plays it seamlessly with flying colors. No frame drops, no dead pixels, no damaged keys on the keyboard, no dead bulbs in the RGB, trackpad is accurate, basically what I'm saying is that as far as functional, all the wickets are hit. HOWEVER, the speakers are very weak. Tinny, no body or bass, and not very loud either. But with that being said most people are going to be using a headset, bluetooth speaker, etc. I give this machine a solid 9.5/10 and will easily have it for years to come.

The only thing that I have a problem with is that I picked it up by the bottom once a few days into having it and the entire screen went black and green glitchy. We had to force shut it off and it hasn’t done it since. I’m a bit worried, but it’s completely fine otherwise. I need it and don’t have time to send it back and trouble shoot because I need it for school.
