Hi there, I’m somewhat upset as the specs of this laptop did not match - it listed an Ethernet jack which was specifically the reason I chose this machine. I don’t really want to go through the hassle of returning the machine for a refund and purchasing another. I can live without it but I am hopeful that the team may consider a discount code for future purchases that may entice me to buy again. Overall I am happy with the laptop but am just disappointed it does not have the jack that was listing in the add

Bad thing : it's was clear that the product was untested, the laptop was turning off without notice or prompt. Good thing : the refund was easy and smooth which encourage me to try another laptop from the website.
