5/5The listing was for a Surface Book 3 in "Good" condition, but it looked brand new. No scuffs, scratches or dings. Upon receipt, I charged the device and ran my normal diagnostic/stress tests. The battery health was almost perfect, the CPU and GPU benchmarks were on par with a new machine and the SSD was in perfect working order. If you're on the fence about refurbished, take the chance. My only complaint is the charger that was sent with my PC was a Dell branded USB-C charger in place of a Surface Connect charger.
