I am impressed and pleased. aesthetic condition of the laptop was quite good, out the box. the 32GB RAM helps windows move along smoothly. the price was great and my expectations were exceeded. tucking this away as my new goto tech retailer.

Working perfectly fine

I am excited to have a computer again. Since it is new to me, I am still setting my computer up with programs. I do have a concern about the screen. Today I have experienced for a second time, the screen blinks and a magenta band flashes across the bottom. Today I also had a dark band across the top of the screen. I am afraid it won't improve over time. Does Lenovo have this reputation? I took a picture with my phone, but I don't know how to attach it to this message. Concerned, Melanie

The laptop supposed to be in excellent condition right out of the box overheated bad, froze &crashed programs. I returned it to be repaired, exchanged or refunded my money. I could not send pictures on their website so tried on their email but was told that email was out of commission. I wish their were some positives here.
