Todo excelente, soy del extrangero y fue muy facil el proceso de compra y llego en demasido cuidada, el unico problema fue que la batería 2 no funciona pero el resto perfecto, vino con sus especificaciones exactas, espero seguir comprando en Back Market.

My son got this as a Christmas present, he needed more ram for his games and he absolutely loves it.

So far so good, arrived on time. Item is in good condition.

I am excited to have a computer again. Since it is new to me, I am still setting my computer up with programs. I do have a concern about the screen. Today I have experienced for a second time, the screen blinks and a magenta band flashes across the bottom. Today I also had a dark band across the top of the screen. I am afraid it won't improve over time. Does Lenovo have this reputation? I took a picture with my phone, but I don't know how to attach it to this message. Concerned, Melanie

The laptop supposed to be in excellent condition right out of the box overheated bad, froze &crashed programs. I returned it to be repaired, exchanged or refunded my money. I could not send pictures on their website so tried on their email but was told that email was out of commission. I wish their were some positives here.
