This is about the 7th item I've purchased from Back Market. The items were delivered exactly as described. There have been 1 or 2 glitches (as in all these type transactions) however resolution was easy and fair. I will continue to use them for my electronics needs.

We are extremely happy with the result. We were so satisfied that we ordered another one, which wasn't as good as this one so we returned the second. Back Market has been excellent to work with and we've told others about our helpful experience and high satisfaction level. Thank you, Back Market. We work in the non-profit sector overseas and we are on a tight budget. Back Market saves us A LOT of money.

The item arrived quickly and in good condition as described, and after updating is now working very well. Battery life is great and all functions are present. The supplied charger is third party but it has worked fine so far. Thanks!

I had a great experience with my surface pro. I purchased it in "very good" condition and it's basically new. The shipping was very fast and it arrived over a week ahead of schedule. Was a little nervous purchasing a refurbished electronic device but I couldn't be happier and neither can my wallet.

It was my first experience with a Windows tablet. I currently have a PC and a laptop, so the skills were transferable. What took me a week or so to realize is that the camera doesn't work. Tried it on a Zoom meeting and nothing. Tried just the camera and nothing. But other than that, it does what I need in the 2 hour time span I use it, so I'm not complaining too much

Works great every thing is fully functional my only complaint is the screen protector had air bubbles that I couldn’t get out. It also had one pretty bad scratch on the back that I didn’t expect to get when ordering the good condition.

I didn't know anything about this company but decided to give them a try. I'd initially purchased an iPad Pro but changed my mind a day later. Cancelation and refund was a piece of cake. My Surface Pro 5 showed up a day early. The condition was , as described, and I'm really happy with it. Primary use is for sheet music where I need a large format screen. But I couldn't justify the expense of the iPad Pro. This thing is perfect for me. Thinking about what I can purchase next... Thanks!

Love the Surface Pro!! The only thing is the battery dies quickly and the Surface Pro needs to remain plugged in. Otherwise, my experience with Back Market was great!!
