I recently purchased a refurbished Nespresso virtuo pop machine and im so glad I did. The coffee comes out hot and delicious. I love Backmarket.

Our Nespresso machine is exactly what we wanted! We got such a good deal from BackMarket on this, and it is in really good condition for being a used item. Shipping was great and on time.

Selectable temperature feature is great. For those who didn't read the included instructions: 1. To turn it on-hit the top button marked 212 F (the temp water boils at). This will turn kettle on, bring water to a boil, then immediately turn off. 2. Hit 212 F, then any of the 3 lower Temps. This will turn Kettle on, bring water to boil, hold water at 2nd temp for 30 minutes, then turn off. 3. To turn kettle off: hit 212 F again and all led lights and kettle will turn off. 4. Red led means temp selected, blue led means temp reached, no led means off.

It would pass for a new one. Can't go wrong with the product and price. Shipping was fast. Arrived in two days.
