    This blender was pretty much brand new. Actually would say brand new, it seemed like it had never been used. Absolutely worth the purchase. And I’m totally glad that I got it. We use it very often.

    While I appreciate the fact I was able to get refunded from my purchase. I was incredibly disappointed.. I was looking forward to getting a coffee grinder secondhand since they are far and few between. However, the product came absolutely filthy and covered in grinds with a goodwill sticker for $8 on the back and I paid about 60! Was not "refurbished" at all.

    A total scam. You disguise a 2017 Nokia product worth $99 (the label is still on it, by the way) as a Withings 2023 product and charge $215 for it. No after-sales service after informing you of the seriousness of the situation. This should call your seriousness and professionalism into question (might be also worth checking the 404 error when you click on "other legal information notice").
