I'm very happy with my BackMarket experience. This is my second BackMarket purchase. These particular buds arrived in "like new" condition. I can't find a flaw anywhere on them. They really do appear brand new. The buds also came with a full set of foam ear tips, although I don't know that's always the case. I've been using these Sony's almost non-stop for two days now. I'm not only please with my BackMarket experience, but I'm also extremely happy with this product from Sony. Fantastic all around. Thanks guys!!

I paid $30 for a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The exterior of the case has like a textured surface to it, and that surface is worn, scratched, and scuffed off all over. The right ear bud has a deep scrape on it. To be honest, all of these things add character in my opinion as the buds function flawlessly. The noise canceling on the Buds 2 Pro really is top tier. I'm really impressed. I'm paired with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20, which allows me to take full advantage of all the features the Buds 2 Pro offer. This was my first BackMarket purchase, but it most certainly won't be my last. I really appreciate the sustainability the site offers in this one aspect of my life.

When the package came I was so happy, everything came in it’s original package, which I was not expecting, because it was refurbished, but everything works perfectly fine, as I’m writing this I’m wearing them 10/10

I love these headphones. there was some small scratches but ultimately the looked really good! ( i think i order "fair" quality) but the damage os hardly noticable and they cleanex up well. so far the battery has been lasting all day no isses. This was a super eaay process and a great deal without breaking the bank. will buy here again

I bought a refurbished Logitech H151 Headphone with Microphone – Black, and it honestly feels like new. The headset arrived in excellent condition, with no noticeable wear, and works perfectly. The sound is clear, and the microphone offers decent noise cancellation, making it great for calls and meetings. It’s lightweight and comfortable, although the plastic build feels a bit delicate. The 3.5mm jack is compatible with both my PC and phone. The seller shipped it quickly, and the product was well-packaged. Overall, I'm really impressed with this refurbished headset—it’s a great value and works just like a brand-new one!

Headphone quality is great. The outside of the case looked like it had some build up on it, but there wasn't. The last owner tried to scratch off the matte finish to reveal the glossy plastic underneath. Has no effect on how the headphones operate. well worth the pre-used discount. I'll probably buy a case cover so I can put a couple on the case.

5 stars once again Backmarket, you never fail me! A great price and even though I chose the lowest quality I was still very impressed, especially for the price. when I need new electronics Backmarket is ALWAYS my first choice! You keep me up to date at an affordable price and I know that if something isn't working properly or of I'm not satisfied, you have always made it right!

headphones arrived 2 days after I ordered. they are in phenomenal condition and included the original box, charging wire, and different sized ear tips. sound quality is great they are fully functional arrived with a full battery charge and synched up to my phone instantaneously. I've been using them for 10 days straight daily and have had no issues with them. Aside from adjusting to which direction the buds go into the charging case admittedly the most minor of issues and primarily on me. These are the second ever item I bought from Backmarket and on top of everything else. They were roughly $90 cheaper than brand new and included a 1 year warranty. I'll definitely be using Backmarket in the future for any tech purchases.

it’s perfect. i had lost a year old bose qc, same color and i was devastated. but this was basically brand new, i’m so glad i bought a refurbished pair ! i would’ve accepted just the headphones but i received everything in the original new package.
