They work great, but they came in dirty. I know they are used but being refurbished I expected that they would at least clean them, but they were covered in oil and the inside foam of one of the earphones had white stuff on it. Used stuff can come in dirty, but part of the refurbishing process is normally cleaning, part of why it is labeled as "refurbished". They came in their original box with the aux cord, but no charger, which isn't a huge deal.

I love buying refurbished! Ease the burden for our beautiful planet :) So as long as the product functions as expected, I'm happy - and these headphones work just like new! As far as the headphones themselves, they aren't the BEST by any means. They are not quite noise cancelling, and sound engineering isn't as nuanced as I'd ideally like, so can be hard to hear details when I'm DJing, but at my level it gets the job done. 4/5 for the product, 5/5 for BackMarket!!

The ear buds are wonderful!! The hook helps because my other in-ear earbuds kept falling out. I'm super satisfied and also VERY happy to have been able to buy refurbished, there is too much electronic waste.

The headphones are phenomenal. They sound incredible, they’re in ridiculously good shape, the charging box is even in great condition, and they came with a few different earbud options, one of which I hadn’t seen before and fits my apparently weird shaped ear holes perfectly! The headphones came a day early so that’s a plus. Honestly, I’m really happy with my purchase and with BM. I know the idea of selling refurbished isn’t new but BM makes this whole thing feel so much less sketchy, everything is well priced or you can find a price that works for your budget, and their marketing is on point. I’ll be coming back for future needs.

I recently purchased a refurbished pair of headphones (excellent), and I am thoroughly impressed! The quality is exceptional, indistinguishable from a brand-new pair. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the packaging was secure and neat. Overall, a fantastic purchase experience. Highly recommended!

When the package came I was so happy, everything came in it’s original package, which I was not expecting, because it was refurbished, but everything works perfectly fine, as I’m writing this I’m wearing them 10/10

Item itself is in good condition. But I notice when using it the battery life doesn't last too long. It says a duration of 5 hours per one charge. Again this is a refurbished items so I don't know it that is relevant or something that can be review prior to being put on the site for sell.

Headphones came in great condition, i couldn’t even personally tell that they’d been refurbished (even after owning the same pair of headphones before). Only con was that there wasn’t too much package protection for the headphones themselves. They were just in their regular holding case and stuffed into the delivery package.
