Dishonest Seller or Backmarket pulled a fast one, a Bait and Switch. Price point was $50 something, but my card was charged HIGHER, $60 something. It is a phone for a family member in the hospital. It might get misplaced or stolen, so needed a cheap phone. I would never have paid over what it was advertised as or additional for this crap Nokia phone. I wanted a flip phone at $30 or $40 but settled for this at 50…

I purchased two phones and before receiving them, I needed the IMEI number. The Backmarket tech that followed up about my inquiry, responded to me kindly and promptly but could not get a hold of the seller. I was offered compensation for my trouble even though I hadn't requested any. I just wanted to say they did an amazing job and went above and beyond what I expected them to do.

I ordered 2 metropcs by t mobile nokia x100 cellphones as gifts for my grandsons for Christmas and I was very surprised by the great quality of the product that I ordered one for myself!I will definitely refer Backmarket to all of my family members and friends.

I ordered this in the condition excellent, but the total condition is best described as used. The screen is in the excellent category, but the body, back and camera show scuffs and scratches visible from 8+ inches.

I was wary of buying used, but Backmarket's guarantees put me at ease and I got this great Nokia phone! For the Backmarket price it is a great unit, nice camera, and having such a huge screen makes a difference in what you can do with it. There is a lot of hate online about this phone, and it makes sense for the full retail price (it is still available new on the Verizon site for the full MSRP of almost $700). When first getting the phone it takes awhile to disable all the Verizon bloatware and default to Google apps. Also, the power button fingerprint reader is not super sensitive, but again, compared to other sub $200 phones, it is amazing! I also have already gotten some great pictures, though not iPhone or Pixel quality, but very good and much better then new sub $200 phones. In summary, great phone for the sub $200 price, would recomend.

Smartphone has a sticky screen whenever it's plugged in, from the day of opening it out of the box, so clearly no sort of quality control or testing is done on the product. When you press the screen, it'll triple press it, making typing or clicking things very difficult. I shrugged it off for the first few weeks, thinking it is what it is, this is what I get for buying cheap! I had suspicions that the fast charging didn't work, and now it barely charges at all. I was sold a junk, refurbished phone that they hype up, stating that they have to charge us a small fee for quality testing? Good to know that small fee was put towards nothing in general because I was given a crap phone from the get-go
