A bit longer wait than I was used to from Back Market but ultimately it was not a big deal. I bought this phone for an older relative who is totally befuddled by smart phones. She is still somewhat confused but once she gets the hang of it, it will be a breeze. She's already made two calls on her own. Setup was as easy as taking the SIM card from her smartphone and putting it in the flip phone. Setup her contacts and done. Amazing quality for the money - which is why I am a repeat customer. Keep up the great work!

This was a gift for my wife and she has been very happy with it. It was a challenge learning how to get the phone to unmute by using obscure master-volume buttons on the side of the phone, and also getting the blue tooth to work with a Windows computer by using the receive file function on the computer. As we better learn to operate it, we dervive greater satisfaction from its functionality. It is a well made product that is well worth the learning curve effort.

Dear Back Market, I have been 2 weeks trying to get my Sonim to work. Finally got through to PureTalkUSA today only to have them tell me that this phone is not compatible with their service. So, unfortunately, I will be returning it. So sorry, because I love the look and feel. It is sturdy, easy to handle and quite attractive. I love the idea that I don't have to handle it with kid gloves. But alas, I can not use it! Thank you Rarinsharon

This phone has defects it won't let me put the right birthday on some people and I've had to take out the battery because it went haywire. Im keeping cause its easy for my brother to use

i used it for 1 week meanwhile and i am very happy. phone looks brand new although i know it is refurbished. i hope it will last me. thank you

Just helped my mom get this phone set up thru Verizon...the phone itself appears to be in very good condition, as advertised, and is working great. The user interface is a slight adjustment for my mom (compared to her LG 3G flip-phone), but she's fairly proficient with Android tablets, so I'm optimistic she'll figure it out. Her biggest concern is all the extra functionality & options. Only complaints were the bubblewrap/gift-wrap packaging, no instructions included, and the USB Type A-to-micro USB cable that was included was bad (the micro USB connector has too much mechanical slop, and doesn't make connection to charge the battery), and no wall adapter included. I was able to search & find the 138-page user manual online, And she already had a good cable and wall adapter block, so we were able to charge the phone. Mostly happy that we're not paying Verizon's asking price for this flip phone model.

This is a sprint phone and is locked as such. Sprint said to contact you so you could “unlock” the phone so I can use on my consumer cellular account. HELP ME!
