I wanted to leave a really quick review, this is actually a replacement phone for a previous order that did not meet expectations or desires. Although this was actually originally a carrier phone like the previous, that's now just unlocked, (which is what 99% of users buying an unlocked phone expect or need), as a developer it's a little bit different for me, but with that said, the emotions I felt opening this phone, are the emotions I wish I had felt opening my original purchase from a different seller (a pixel device). It was AMAZING! it's a beautiful device, it meets expectations AND the seller claims. I love it! I'm very happy with yow backmarket has handled me as a customer. I haven't bought a phone elsewhere for many years and the recent purchase from a diff seller was the only time I was upset from the getgo and tried to suffer thru it, eventually leaving an unhappy review although I didn't expect anything nor did I plan on swapping until the device had more problems, but this oneplus is perfect, the seller has been AMAZING, and so has backmarket customer service. I'm glad I can continue to be a back market customer!

Sent a 7t Pro instead for the regular 7t - not mad about the upgrade AT ALL, just wish the seller had given a heads up - but the phone was for my daughter who ordered a custom case that had to be returned and reordered because the cameras are completely different. phone seems to run smooth so far and is in GREAT condition!

I was sent a different color, not blue, gray; apart from that the phone seems to be in excellent working condition. It has two small chips on the screen, but they are unobtrusive. This is my third phone from Back Market and Back Market will continue to be my go-to place for excellent used tech.

Don't select the 2 day delivery it's a scam....I ordered my phone after 1pm on Wed so the seller doesn't count that as day 1 because I purchased the device after 1pm.So I received the phone on monday.Dont oorder it I asked for a refund and they told me it has been 2 days because they don't count the weekends as it's not a business day? And refused to refund me the 10$ it's not the money idc about the 10 I care about scamming me that's the way I feel they screwed me out of a measly 10$

I'm happy for the product I received, it looks brand new. I ordered a refurbished piece from Amazon and it totally sucks because it had scratches but product I bought in your website is really awesome. Thankyou so much back market. My mobile is worth every penny

it's a good phone it's what I needed my old phone didn't hold enough memory.

I bought this phone about a year ago and it has never let me down. The battery life is amazing, although the warp charge stopped working months ago (it still charges normally). It's an amazing phone and I highly recommend it.

I had the OnePlus 3T before this phone, I am loving the upgraded model. I have not had any issues and hopefully it remains that way. I haven't taken too many pictures at this time, I really can't speak on that. I love this phone very similar to the old one but just newer.

Zero complaints I'm very happy with the OnePlus 7T I got through Back Market.It was in better than good condition and works perfectly. I'll be using Back Market for my next phone purchase for sure.

I bought the Oneplus 7T because it was called a flagship killer. I bought a mint condition phone. It looked to me it was never used perfect condition. I use the Verizon network and installed my chip and fired right up. Customer care was amazing at least 10 emails to see if I had any problems. Great value over $200 + off for a like new phone. I came from a Samsung A50. Which was a good phone, but the 7T is loaded with more options. I would definitely buy from Back Market again.
