ok ... here we go: Jan 2025 I made both my Discovery of BackMarket's existence, and my first purchase. So far, everything seems to be smooth, the PlayStation came as quickly as could it could considering we were hit with inclement weather right in the middle of its transport. It was packed with some of the most heavy duty industrial bubble wrap I've ever seen in my life, to ensure it was well protected during shipping. It is plugged in, powered on, and hooked up, and is currently downloading software updates and games needed, (so far) with no incident. Overall, up until now I am happy with my transaction here. I was given regular email updates as to the status and location of my console that I ordered. To be honest, it was almost excessive, but considering what was going on with the weather; me having any sum of money tied up waiting on something to arrive; I don't fault them for the extra couple email updates at all. I'm quite pleased. I am sincerely hoping there are no( preventable) issues with this console cuz I do look forward to working with BackMarket again on my next purchase of tech. I really like that they are doing their part and, trying to reduce the carbon foot...

It came 5 days earlier, it came with everything you’ll need. The power cord, hdmi cord, a ps4 remote and a charger for your remote, the play station came wrapped in crazy strong bubble wrap, Ive finished setting everything up and everything works perfectly. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I also order the excellent condition ps and i agree that it’s in excellent condition

Works great! Very pleased with purpose. Never saw such an intricately packed order in my life! Plastic air pillows, items wrapped and and extremely well padded. A box within a box. All the required cords included as well as the game I purchased. I've ordered many items from this company and had only 1 issue, one time. They fixed the problem with no problems and had my item back to me in a matter of a few days. Highly recommend them and their excellent customer service!

I purchased a PS4 Pro for my 8 year old brother. It got to me in about a week's time. I purchased an "Excellent" condition one. It appears to be in really good shape. My only gripe is that the HDD cover plate on the back is missing. I took out the old 1TB HDD and swapped in a new 1TB Samsung 870 Evo SSD to speed up load times. Thankfully the PS4 Pro's HDD is a lot easier to access than the one in the Xbox One X. The controller too was in great condition. I will update if any problems arise.

my son loves it. it was a birthday gift. he's been buying games Non-Stop. oh one thing, it came with the wrong cord for the back of the game console it was supposed to be a two prong cord but, it came with a three prong cord. we had to go to Walmart to buy one. but overall it was a great buy.😂💙❤️

It works great no issues so far the fan can be a little loud but other than that it works great and shipped pretty fast.

The ps4 was as described but it came with a standard ps4 controller and not what was supposed to come with it. Other than that I am happy with it.

It took a little long to get, but it was well worth it. I will definitely purchase more items from to you all.

Condition was excellent . I am very happy with my purchase . Just wish the second control i ordered came in the same package
