I had ordered a used phone which was supposed to be in good condition. The vendor contacted me to let me know the gold phone wasn't up to the level of quality he was comfortable shipping. He offered me a replacement for that phone. It was blue, but the end user did not care what color it was. I accepted that phone. It came to me in the time frame which was forecast. It was already upgraded to the latest Android version for that phone. This saved me a couple of hours of downloading. I do appreciate that. I got all the info transferred into it, and it is working fine. The phone and the customer service are better than expected from this provider. All are happy here.

I honestly thought the phone wasn’t going to be in good condition but when I received it, it was in really good condition looked like new and also worked really good ran really smooth felt like I bought a new phone but at a discount price. Also came in 2 days early and came with a new charger

The phone looks brand new. So perfect I won't allow myself to start using it until my new case comes in. My review would have been 100% but website signup database kept freezing up. After 2 days of trying, it finally took my info and the phone was still in my cart. The immaculate condition of the phone for $150 made the problem at purchasing totally worth it. Computers hate me so my purchasing frustrations were, most likely, an isolated case. When Back<Market says "Condition: Very good" they mean brand new.

I have had the reconditioned Galaxy S7 Edge 32GB for about a week. I am immensely pleased. It is indeed in mint condition as advertised. It functions very well. Admittedly part of my enthusiasm comes from the fact that I really, really loved my old S7 and was heartbroken when it was put through a full wash cycle (don't ask). Amazingly, the old one still works! However I was assured it was not worth repairing the screen because it had undoubtedly suffered water damage and corrosion was secretly destroying the phone as we spoke. So I went to look for a new phone and frankly hated all the phones I tried. The picture quality just didn't hold up to the S7. Naturally I was thrilled when I found I could get a refurbished model in mint condition at BackMarket for $250 which was 25% of the cost of one of the new ones that I didn't really like anyway. The product was delivered on time and in the condition that was advertised. After a week of use, I am one happy customer and so glad I found BackMarket. I will definitely go to BackMarket for future phones and avoid the over-priced, over-hyped newer models.

I purchased three Samsung S7 Edge smartphones from Back Market. One for me, one for my wife, and one for her sister. I was pleased with the delivery time, since they were delivered a couple days ahead of when I was told they would be delivered. I am pleased with the quality. They were marked as Good condition, and think they are very good. There was only one with any scratches on it at all. Those scratches were near the usb port/charge port. I took that one for myself and I don't even notice the scratches. I am also pleased with the performance of the phones, the size of the phones, and the price I paid for the phones. I wanted a decent phone for a good price, and I certainly got that with these phones.

In fact I think I actually upgraded with the Color to Blue Coral it is beautiful and matches my wallet style cover perfectly! I chose the fair condition after reading other reviews and couldn't be happier. It is like a new phone not a dent or scratch on it, it is in mint condition if you ask me, and the price was amazing! It came with a charger and I easily transferred my info in just a few easy steps. It was delivered on time when expected, with a 12 month warranty! I will definitely look here first when I need to replace my phone again. I had a Samsung Galaxy S6 for the last six years. One day it just quit working. I found Back Market and ended up buying a Galaxy S7 Edge that was supposedly in "fair" condition. If this is what they call "fair", I have to say, I could not be happier. The phone is in great condition, and exceeded my expectations. The screen is fine, the battery is great (I get a whole day of use out of it), and overall, it functions just fine. I reached out to EMB Phones with some technical questions, and I always got a response back within a business day. I interacted with Kevin, who was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and seemingly filled with desire to provide great customer service; a rarity these days. Really cool guy. The Galaxy S7 Edge was much better than expected. I don't see any scratches or dings at all, and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase. BackMarket stayed in constant communications from the moment I completed the purchase until after I received the phone. I very much appreciate the product and relevant communications. The S7 Edge is a beautiful high quality phone. I've had several. However, my carrier ATT has ceased to support it. I had to return it. So sad.

The phone itself arrived in absolute "pristine" condition! I purchased this phone as an upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy S4. On tomorrow, I will be taking it to my carrier, AT%T, to have things transferred over. I was referred to you guys by my boss at work whom has ordered from you "numerous" times in the past and each time, you guys exceeded his expectations. And now, you have also exceeded mine!
