Refurbished ought to mean that the unit was factory reset. But my PS5 arrived with the accessibility features turned on, and an existing user account and Wi-Fi network saved in memory. That's not refurbished, folks. That's straight used. Factory resets matter. Come on. The unit is great, like new, and runs cool. But whatever advantage BackMarket offers over eBAY was not existent in this transaction. And wasn't this PS5r supposed to include a controller? No? Well, it didn't.

One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

“Excellent” in terms of refurbishment grade is an understatement. This thing came in lookin brand spankin new! Controller is all good to go, haven’t had any problems like drift or deadzones, system is fast and had no connectivity problems. Very pleased.

Works perfect, I use it every day, and it has exceeded my expectations for a refurbished gaming system.

Over not bad for the price it's legit 👌 just the thing that bothered me was that I paid for 1000 gigs when instead on the system storage show 872 gigs, Overall no biggie I have my USB and A storage stacker to solve this issue, Overall dope asf clean smooth and ready to be kitted and molded thx guys

Everything was fine except for the controller. It has severe stick drift. Truthfully it only started a few days after arrival so I could've just gotten unlucky but I've never dropped it or damaged it myself.

Amazing! Works just like new! Only issue is that the battery is a bit loose and can sometimes cut the system off, and there’s no memory card included with the console, but other than that, it’s great!

It works amazing!! 🤩 It is scratched and u can see it has gone through some things but it works great so that's the important part and also the controller. My HDMI cable that came in the box did not work it was glitching and not showing anything so I just went and bought a new one on Walmart IDK if it was my TV or something else but after getting new HDMI cable it worked great so far so good I love the name of this business it really is close to the black market so I told my little brother I was buying a PS4 from the black market 😂😂💀 The delivery was really fast and I love the way it was wrapped. The only thing is that it would be good to have directions on how to connect the stuff to your TV or PC cause I had to go on a witch hunt on the internet to connect it because I had never owned nothing like this!! but thank you!! I was so afraid it would not work or it would never arrive this app felt like too good to be true however it's true so yayyyyy 🥰

It was so nostalgic to buy a psp 3000 and have it work just like it did back then. the quality was great, controls were clean and the overall condition was pretty good! One minor fault - the battery pack backing slot kept falling off but i was able to buy a replacement part online. no complaints otherwise!
