I ordered a 2021 Apple TV HD, but what I received was a 2015 model. All the packaging, and everything indicated that this was the newer version. “Apple Certified Refurbished” I was hoping the seller made an honest mistake and I would get a new one, so I sent it back. Now I’m being told that they’re not able to replace it, so I’ll be receiving a refund. It sounds like they never had the correct model in stock to begin with. I’m very upset that they tried to pull a fast one on me, it even shipped with the newer remote. If I didn’t know any better they would have gotten away with charging far above market value. I would not buy anything from this seller again.

What an amazing find! I ordered the Apple TV and it was practically new straight out of the box! I am very very happy with my purchase. It works amazing with my new TV in the bedroom. The apple tv is in excellent shape works like a dream! The seller upgraded it to 128 GB because they were out of the one we ordered. Thats some awesome customer service if you ask me! This is our second back market purchase and I think we’ll keep coming back!

Device shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. It works well - only disappointment was in my research. I was planning to use it as an Airplay 2 device and recent system updates have rendered that generation incapable of signing into iCloud.
