The phone had a alert saying a part used to repair the phone isn’t a genuine apple product. After I cleared the message and restarted my phone I haven’t seen it again! The phone functions perfectly! Battery life is great! Refurbished tech is the new wave!

Upon ordering this phone, I was initially skeptical about its delivery. Much to my amazement, it arrived in immaculate condition, despite being refurbished. I wholeheartedly suggest buying this phone.

Within a couple of weeks of receiving the phone, the back camera stopped working. I contacted customer service, was asked to send the phone back, and a new (refurbished) phone was sent immediately. No prevaricating, no discussion, case closed. I will continue using Back Market.

All is well. My data transferred. I like my phone and will like it better when I learn more how to use it. I was impressed with the help and attention from back market. My phone looks like a new one. A little less battery capacity but for the difference in price and backing of back market it is the place to go for a refurbished device.

Phone arrived in great condition, was packed well and appears as new. We did have to reset the phone as it arrived full of apps. I believe that a refurbished iPhone should arrive with the “hello” screen running.

I purchased this iPhone 11 Plus Max for a relative with vision and other medical conditions, who is in a nursing home, so that he can more easily communicate with family and friends. He is somewhat active as many of his friends and family will visit, or take him out often, so "communication" is important! With it's large screen size and the use of some of the Accessibility features that 1) announce calls, and 2) to adjust font size so he can see what's on the screen VERY well. The larger screen size is a really great improvement over the iPhone 7 he was using. He had enabled Siri on his old phone, but this time we added the facial recognition feature, to helps him navigate the phone with a greater level of ease than before. And since 7 is no longer supported we wanted to make this change before experiencing problems. Of course, transfering old data from the old iPhone is easy from one iPhone to another. For extra measure, I found him a charging cable that lights up from one end to the other when plugged in which was a great addition considering his vision challenges. Id definitely buy here again my phone came with a screen protector and it looks brand new, when I tell people it’s refurbished they say “what no way.” Lol however the 11 pro cases are SO HARD TO FIND INSTORE. Now my only issue is batter, it’s not a big problem rn so I’ll send it in when I feel necessary since I have the protection plan but other than that, Im very happy with my purchase. I was skeptical at first but I recommend this site to everyone now.

So far so good, I ordered a good iPhone 11 and it came practically perfect! I was pretty sketched out considering it’s a refurbished phone, but no complaints so far!
