    The down side is the total cost wasn't that much less than buying a new unit. But so far this one has behaved like new. The delivery was as promised and the condition was as stated. As long as this console lasts, then it was a good deal. I'm still not convinced I shouldn't have spent less than $100 more and bought the security of new. But I have 2 phones from Back Market that were a reasonably good deal so I'm hopeful.

    I'm very happy with this device. Purchased the "Good" category and was pleasantly surprised to find almost no signs of prior use other than a small scratch that you would have to hunt for with a close eye to find. Functionally, everything has been operating without any issues. The controller that was provided also looked brand new.

    I had some problems with it at first but i think that was user error lol. I love it, runs smoother than my old xbox, less input delay, internet connectionaction even got faster yet somehow.

    Absolutely perfect, console works great, doesn't have a single scratch, and the controller looks and feels like it's brand new.

    it's huge but amazing, plus with new games like GTA VI coming next year. this is perfect console to get, same with any new gen console from this, series s, and ps5. as always have great days!!

    Bought thought it would at least come with original box and it didn’t the console was dirty they way they packaged the console scares me because I don’t know if it was miss handled it did not have any carful label
