Ordered the item and it arrived within a week. The XBox itself was in great condition as advertised, but the controller was more damaged than I anticipated. I contacted BackMarket and they immediately offered me a credit for the controller, so I could purchase a new one. Very pleased with the product and the customer service.

Very satisfied with the machine. Was easy to setup and no major scratches or issues.... so far. The way machines are made these days, like a car, getting a used machine is basically as good as getting a new one. Love this site.

The Xbox worked rlly well nd got here a day before the date expect so I can’t complain on that but the inside of the console looks as if hasn’t been touched. I’m not sure if it’s a trade in console or what but it’s dirty with a lot of dust, I’ll take it apart myself later on to clean it out

Not only was this whole process sooooo super easy, but I absolutely love my new Xbox. I was going to sell my old Xbox One privately because I was told it wasn't worth anything for trade-in. I ended up buying a brand new Xbox Series S, and was not satisfied so then I found myself here in the home of BackMarket. I found the Xbox that fits my needs and for the same price as the Xbox Series S I bought directly from Microsoft that ended up getting boxed back up and returned within the same week I bought it. I was so pleased with how easy this all was with BackMarket and that I actually got something for my trade-in! Not to mention I can now play games without waiting centuries for it to load and can see every beautiful detail of the game! If you're on the fence, take a leap of faith, throw caution to the wind, or whatever and just do it because you won't regret it.

I'm very happy with this device. Purchased the "Good" category and was pleasantly surprised to find almost no signs of prior use other than a small scratch that you would have to hunt for with a close eye to find. Functionally, everything has been operating without any issues. The controller that was provided also looked brand new.

The down side is the total cost wasn't that much less than buying a new unit. But so far this one has behaved like new. The delivery was as promised and the condition was as stated. As long as this console lasts, then it was a good deal. I'm still not convinced I shouldn't have spent less than $100 more and bought the security of new. But I have 2 phones from Back Market that were a reasonably good deal so I'm hopeful.

Only thing was missing was the cord to the remote. but I had plenty since it was a type c port. but everything else seems ok for now. system runs good and delivery was within the time frame given. could've been packaged better though
