Really a terrific machine. My first iPad so it take a bit of patience as it’s replacing a Mac. The screen is really fantastic. Same with the speed. There are loads of tips and training to get familiar with the operating system and settings. I’m very happy with the transaction and saved 30% off the retail price.

In all honesty, my expectations were pretty low when I hit the order button. Refurbished products normally don’t impress me. I was surprised at how fast it got a tracking number and was shipped. It arrived and I opened it expecting some flaws and couldn’t find any! It looked pretty much brand new. Step one passed. I turned it on and was please to see the screen come up in all its brilliance. Took it home and connected to my WiFi and it was all good. If you’re on the fence about purchasing from Backmarket, try it, you’ll probably be as surprised as I was. Rather impressssed I was as able to score this specced-out-to-the-gills iPad Pro 11” for basically half what I would have paid for a new bottom-feeder model with a quarter of the storage, no cellular, and half the RAM. And although it was purported to have some physical flaws, I honestly couldn’t detect anything beyond what I probably would have incurred taking a new one out of the box and incurring a scuff or two within a few days of use. Stellar machine, and really great frictionless process and transaction thru Backmarket who made it so easy to navigate both finding what I wanted, making it absurdly within reach considering my meager budget, and handling a trade-in for an older model with honestly a very fair (and honored) value I couldn’t find anywhere else. I’ve only ever bought new, and always at some compromise between value and specs, but Backmarket has changed the game for me - will never buy new again. Couldn’t be happier. Even the the year warranty that comes with the purchase bespeaks the confidence of Backmarkets operations and consideration for buyer’s ease of mind and satisfaction..

I bought an Ipad pro 13 (M4) 256gb wifi + 5g for $879, the condition was good on the website but when it arrived it was pristine except for a super little barely noticeable chip on the screen, totally worth it. I also checked the battery life on settings and it also had only 5 battery cycles. I basically got a pretty much brand new ipad pro for half the price and I couldn’t be happier ❤️

This device was absolutely amazing. It arrived about 36 hours after ordering and the battery was at a charge cycle count of 1, with battery health of 100%. The price was an absolute steal. Great work!

This was the best decision I’ve made in a while with electronics. Upgraded my iPad to the iPad Pro with it being $300 off new price….steal. It works great and can enjoy my golf simulator how it’s meant to be. I’m very happy with this.

Here are my first impressions of the used iPad Pro 13" (2024) 1TB in Silver (Wi-Fi + 5G): The device arrived in near-perfect condition and looked almost brand new. The only reason I could see for it being rated as a “good” condition model were the light scratches on the Apple logo — minor enough that they’re hardly noticeable. Other than that, everything else seems flawless. The screen is pristine, the performance is snappy, and, impressively, the battery health is still at 100%, which was a pleasant surprise. It genuinely feels like it was used a handful of times and then returned. Of course, these are just my initial thoughts. I’ll be keeping an eye on its performance to see if any issues crop up over time, but for now, it’s an incredible value for what feels like a barely used iPad.
