Verified purchaseHello, I am generally happy with the entire process, very smooth and the laptop arrived in what appears to be pristine condition. I just started a new job and it's clear that this computer is faster than my previous MacBook Pro; however, I am working with ClickUp and the desktop app is unusably slow. Much slower than my old computer. I think this is likely their software and am working with their support to get a fix but so far they say they are unable to recreate the issue despite me giving them access to log in as me; which is weird. In the meantime, I have heard the occasional crackle or two in the speakers (like if there was the slightest bit of water damage?) but that too may have been related to a specific app or something running in the background. Unfortunately, since this is pre-owned that makes me nervous as I just assume there must be some damage, but it hasn't been consistent so I am hoping it was just a random one-off issue.

I saved tons of money on the 2018 a1990 Mac book pro, at least $100, and I saved $100 on the newest mbp on the market, for a brand new in the box identical computer to paying $100 more. I don’t understand why anyone would not buy something they are willing to pay the price of new for anyways instead save a few hundred dollars and get the exact same thing. I’m fucking amazed by how good the 2024 M4 MBP is. Fucking mind blowing how huge of an upgrade it is. I use it all day every day running full throttle and I don’t ever have to worry about battery life. It’s a dream come true.

Verified purchaseThey’ve mistakenly sent the wrong color (received on Tuesday, June 3rd) which made me sent it back and now I have to wait until the 10th for the seller to receive it and then let me know if they have the right color, which is really inconvenient and incorrect. I’ve bought the best quality option, which was premium, received the wrong color and now I simply have to wait until the seller feels like checking their stock to see if they have it or not so I can decide if I’ll get a refund or get what I paid for. Once again, I just want and need to get what I paid for sand it’s not fair waiting this long.
