Overall I love the MacBook , it does have a couple of scratches but that last normal for a refurbished computer. The only thing that is a concern is the battery life . It charges fast but dies just as fast.

iPad I ordered was shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. My only gripe - there was no charging cord included. Had to run out to buy one in order to charge the iPad.

It came fast and on time, and it works like a charm! Can’t even tell it’s refurbished. 5 stars :)

For a use price it looks new, just a little bit of scratches on the back but nothing a case can fix and I love that the battery is 100%. Highly recommended.

I have to say, the packaging was AMAZING. I got it for my brother’s birthday and when I say he loved it, he loveeddddd it. There was so much cushion with the packaging to make sure nothing was damaged and I really appreciate that!

I was not able to keep the phone because the mic didn't work. I asked for the phone to be fixed but a few days after I sent it back I was refunded almost all of the amount. I didn't send the charging cable back because I wanted it fixed, so I'm assuming that's what the difference is for. I am ordering another because my experience here has been good and I have been taken care of promptly.

I bought this tablet for my wife to replace her older tablet that was limited by 32GB of memory. Now she has all the storage space she needs and she loves her new toy..it is in great condition for a fair rated device and came with a folding cover

I was shocked with how this device arrived. I heard people saying they were missing styluses, had larger scratches than anticipated. I was nervous buying a very good quality tablet, since I usually buy excellent, but I was surprised. It came with it's original pen, the battery if iffy but I don't know if that's just the pen and it really is mitigated by the fact the stylus charges in a minute or two. There is some wear on the screen, mostly a semi noticeable scratch at the top of the screen, which is really only noticeable if I look for it or if I hold it to the sun. Everything else works great, and it even came with a keyboard case, which is what I am typing this review on. I had my amazon cart lined up with a new stylus and a keyboard case and it just came with it! Another amazing purchase from BackMarket.

2nd purchase with back market and yet again i am BLOWN AWAY!!! Works and looks like brand new! Came woth everything it needed as well as the cables instructions and controller!! 11/10 would reccomend!!! I am over the moon with this!
