I was a bit confused as to how to set up the Ipad. In addition I did not recall my password, so it took me a couple of days to get it up and working. It seems a bit slow opening somethings and has frozen on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, it is working.

Overall pretty good experience. I give it 4 stars because the one i received was 825 gb instead of the 1 Tb version , but it didn’t seem worth the hassle to send it back and wait for another one, and there’s the option to add storage later on so it wasn’t the biggest issue. Had it for a few weeks now and it’s been working great with no real issues, im the beginning there were random connectivity issues but those haven’t been back in some time. Only other issue was the controller had some drift , however was promptly offered either a replacement or a $75 refund for the controller thru customer support and was swiftly refunded. Other than those things , good condition and works well!

The phone arrived as described and so far is working great. I was also approved to get the trade in value I was quoted. Back market is a great place to buy a refurbished item from.

For a use price it looks new, just a little bit of scratches on the back but nothing a case can fix and I love that the battery is 100%. Highly recommended.

All I can say is when I made the purchase on Dec 20, the seller 2A GROUP offered free shipping on the Galaxy Tab S7+ or I could pay $20 for 2 day UPS and I chose & paid for the $20 2 day UPS When they sent it USPS instead the the package arrived the day after Christmas. Why did I pay the $20? More over the stylus that was in the photo description was not included in the box nor was there a charging cable. Now in order to for Back Market to support me as the customer, they sent me this "We ask you to go through our liveliness identity verification system and to upload an ID to our secure system Onfido using this link: https://eu.onfido.app/l/e77a6a86-51f3-44e4-91ca-53db8a34131c " which is totally bogus, The seller wronged me, Back Market has my purchase history, my address, sent them photos of the package as they asked yet Back Market wants me to give & upload personal bio-metric data and my ID to some place I know nothing about nor do I know if its trust worthy with all personal data breaches that occurs these days,. I have a fairly long history with Back Market, even last year I made purchase of a laptop that was supposed to be touch screen, and they asked the seller to compensate or it would returned, and the got it discounted, none of this crap and I have made many more purchases before for phone and tablets over the years and have told many people about Back Market.....which I guess this it what the buck stops.

I bought this tablet for my wife to replace her older tablet that was limited by 32GB of memory. Now she has all the storage space she needs and she loves her new toy..it is in great condition for a fair rated device and came with a folding cover

I have to say, the packaging was AMAZING. I got it for my brother’s birthday and when I say he loved it, he loveeddddd it. There was so much cushion with the packaging to make sure nothing was damaged and I really appreciate that!
