This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering from Back Market and all the items have been better than described and totally functional (most have been gifts for family abroad). The phone shipped and arrived just in time and was packaged well with a charging cord (no base but that's not an issue for me). I would order from this seller and Back Market again in a heartbeat.

I have ordered an Apple Watch, aluminum starlight, excellent condition and, while the watch seems in very good condition and working properly, I'm disappointed that instead of what I've ordered, I got an aluminum silver, in "very good" condition. So, the "very good" condition is okay, since there are no very visible scratches on it, but the color is not what I ordered. I was looking forward to it, I'm pretty disappointed!

Delivery was fast, phone arrived in proper condition as expected but was still locked to t-mobile when I ordered an unlocked phone. Hopefully the replacement will arrive quickly but since this was for my daughter's birthday, it was disappointing to have to immediately send it back.

I purchased an Apple watch in excellent condition, and I as sent one in very good condition. I was have spent over 10 hours trying to get my Apple watch set up and paired with my phone. I contacted Apple support and after 4 customer service representatives and then talking to a Sr. advisor, found out that I was sold a demo device that should have never been on the market. This was a very disappointing experience with Back Market. I have referred your business to so many people and now I wish I had not.

The purchase was seamless and the Apple watch was in new condition...BUT...I had to return because the seller did not send me the style and color that I ordered and I was unable to use because the seller did not make sure that all the settings were reset. The watch was still signed into the previous owners icloud!..It was no good to me :(

I ordered an Apple watch from TheGeex. I received what I ordered, but it was not reset or signed out of the previous owner's account. I was unable to reset it myself.
