I love it. Works like brand new. At this point I have had it 2yrs. Really great. I plan to buy again soon.

The service was good but the phone is not great. It didn't last long. I have had it 13 months and it loses battery fast and people can't hear me well. I have to use speaker and hold the phone close to my face.

I was very nervous about buying refurbished but I wasn’t spending money for a new one on my child. We were able to get one with the things he wanted, like apple pen capability, for a price I was comfortable with. The condition is exactly as described and it works great. I’m already looking into one for my youngest and maybe one for myself.

I have only had this for a little more than a week but it came as advertised and is working perfectly. I bought a two-year policy on it. I may never buy another new Mac again! I highly recommend BackMarket!

This was the first time I ordered from Back Market, and I have to say I am impressed in every way. The web site was well organized, with lots of important details about the products. And I couldn't believe how fast the package arrived! The iPhone 8 that I ordered was just as described, and we are now happily using it.

Great for the Price i able to do things on this i Pad and it came in excellent condition and came within 2-4 days i enjoy this i Pad.

Honestly, the phone I received was almost good as new. No scratch marks- amazing packaging. I was lil bit worried about the battery health but it was a staggering 98%! I had thoughts of returning the product and instead get a brand new from the apple store but seeing how the phone came in. It’s as good as new. I’m definitely using backmarket to buy my future phones. A hidden gem!

The phone has been great. I'm happy to finally have enough space to download all the apps I want. I am looking forward to many happy years ahead together.

It took us so long to finally buy a tablet a few years ago because we like apple and they are just so pricey. So we bought an android and it was fine but the OS is just a pain. So we have been waiting for a deal through apple. Then we found this place and we will never buy an apple product anywhere else. Great prices and products. Thank you!!!!!

This company has restored my faith in online shopping. I ordered a phone for my granddaughter on Tuesday and I had it in hand on Saturday. I had several emails regarding the updates of my order/shipment. The quality of the phone exceeded my expectations.
