This Chromebook worked great for me for many years, even though it stopped receiving updates a year after I purchased it, it was still operable for a long time. I had only recently stopped using it as the version is too old to load some webpages now. But overall a great device that worked for what I needed.

I purchased a refurbished surface pro 6. At first the camera didn’t work, but it was resolved very simply (download updates, reinstall windows 10) and every functionality is working great now. In other words, it was entirely a software issue and not a big one. Back Market was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I love their issue resolution and messaging system. They were ready and willing to replace or refund, but the software fix they suggested first made this unnecessary.

There were a couple of slight scratches on the back of the Surface Pro 6 case--hard to see in normal light. But the value for the money was indeed Awesome. The display and ports were all in excellent condition. After all updates were applied, all the systems worked as advertised. I really like the Windows 10 Hello Login feature. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have purchased this Iphone for my granddaughter so she could be entertained in the car or where ever. I purchased a small $10 plan from Red Pocket Mobile. Phone was easy to set up. Works perfect! I had forgotten how small phones use to be but it's perfect for what I needed. I have also purchased 3 Ipads from Back Market, and recommended them to many friends. They have great prices and I trust them for quality devices.

Item arrived in a timely manner and, other than a few very small chips in the paint, seems to be in perfect condition. Battery life is 2-6 hours so far, depending on the task (I often work with software that uses a lot of power, and occasionally play a low-spec game or two on it), and it charges quickly both with the included (very short) Microsoft charger and a longer third-party charger I bought myself. The included keyboard/trackpad/screen cover combo is functional and fairly sturdy, and the 64GB internal storage was more than enough to update the OS to Windows 10 Pro (for free) and install a few games, but I'm glad I have an external HDD for my files. My only main complaint is that it doesn't come with a pen or stylus (which is how Microsoft sells them as well) and I'm having a bit of difficulty finding a pen for this particular model that has full functionality, but it seems any wireless tablet stylus works in a pinch if pressure sensitivity isn't a factor. Overall, I might've gone with a newer model if I had more money to blow, but as it stands I don't feel any need to upgrade any time soon. 4/5

Very pleased with the ipad, disappointed it did not come with the charger. Outside of that no issues, shipping was quick, ordering was easy. Product is exactly as I expected, if not better. No blemishes, or scratches.

Using it as a button box for sim racing. So far so good! It’s a phablet so if I ever want to go to android it’ll be easy peasy.

This was a gift for our grandson after his brother broke the one we'd previously given him. As far as I know, he's thrilled with the iPad air. It seems to be functioning properly.

I did not receive a 16GB IPOD. I received an 8GB IPOD. What can you do to rectify this mistake?
