I recently purchased a phone from Back Market. I was pleased with the condition of the phone when I received it. It works great, and I'm really enjoying it. If I were in the market for another phone, I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

Got it sooner than expected chose "good" condition for samsung s21 had a small scratch on back but hardly noticeable. I barely got it hooked up to my provider today so far so good 👍. if everything works out will be purchasing another soon.

Great purchase. It works well and is in very good condition. Doesnt lag and isnt glitchy. Honestly, I cant find anything wrong with it! This is my 3rd or 4th BackMarket purchase and I've been happy w each purchase.

Had to clean up the phone a little when i got it. Looked like it'd been sitting on a shelf for awhile. That said, phone is in great condition even though I purchased "fair" condition. Very minimal scratch on the front but I can barely see it. Great buy

My order was shipped on time, although FedEx had a delay in delivery. I received it yesterday and it looks absolutely brand new! It works perfectly and everything transferred from my old phone using wi-fi in just a matter of minutes. I would definitely buy from here again!

Product works exactly as intended. Everything seems good. I noticed a really minor scratch on the screen but I can't find it now, it's hardly noticeable. The site was easy to use, and the shipping was quick.

Phone great an in great shape. Setup was easy with my carrier and most info was download from my account w carrier. Only thing didn't care for was the Otterbox case. Didn't come with screen protector, was $27 for a case that sells for $13 elsewhere. Works great!

This is the second phone well third if you include my wife's phone and they have been fantastic! Back Market is the way to go. First class service and their phones are always better than the rated condition. And I like the idea of reducing the amount of electronic waste!

Phone came extremely quickly, and in a better quality than I thought! No scratches on the screen, and only a few minor one along the sides, which will be hidden by a case anyway. The phone works like normal and is so much faster than my old phone. Thank you Backmarket and the seller! Would buy from again!
