the device came like new brand, its awesome how the device's looking like, i little scratch in the screen but really really little one, barely visible, about this I still wondering if the battery's original cuz this one came with a 100%, by sides the phone's a solid 9.8/10

Fair condition... I can't find any flaw in the product! I need to change mine. I found a more recent, more powerful (but same size so I can still use my keyboard and my pen. It's perfect for my graphic work, I'm so happy I bought it on Back Market!

Back Market is awesome. They handled a delivery issue very promptly and with zero hassles. Phone condition: If this is "good" condition then Excellent must be like right out of the box. Not a ding or a scratch anywhere and the screen was spotless. All functions worked perfectly. Battery is holding a good charge after a couple of cycles. This is my 3rd device from Back Market and everything has worked beyond expectations. I will NEVER waste my $ on retail, not with these guys around.

Everything is great with the exception that it keeps telling me there is and update so i continue... It loads then restarts , and the exact message keeps coming back like its stuck in a loop , and i was unaware that the finger print scanner is not located on the back of the phone , i dont care for that at all , BUT THE SHIPPING was a day late thats fine but I REALLY appreciate the part where it had to be signed for that extra little security measure made the extra day completely irrelevant and the whole experience boosted, kudos i was and am impressed!! Just those little things i mentioned doesnt measure up to the actual quality of the phone itself, its in great condition and I am definitely going to be a forever customer!!!! Sadly, I am going to return my device — and order a higher condition —because the scratches on the “good” screen are more than I expected. I realistically wouldn’t enjoy the iPad experience as is.

I honestly love it but there was a few things that I wasn't expecting. The first is that there is a mark under the glass at the top of the screen where it is a clear sign of what damage happened with a previous owner. I bought this surface specifically for editing photos on the go since I am an independent photographer and even tho it only slightly hinders my work flow, it is a tad concerning. My only other concern is the processing speed of the device BUT it was expected since I knew it was previously owned. Other than that I love it. I bought it specifically to help relieve the work load during NYC's fashion week and it did a great job! I can't wait to use it for photoshoots that will be lighter work loads for it's limitations!
