I always enjoy my experience with you all. My AI offered to find me the lowest prices and I said I would only by from Back Market. Sadly, I am going to return my device — and order a higher condition —because the scratches on the “good” screen are more than I expected. I realistically wouldn’t enjoy the iPad experience as is.

I honestly love it but there was a few things that I wasn't expecting. The first is that there is a mark under the glass at the top of the screen where it is a clear sign of what damage happened with a previous owner. I bought this surface specifically for editing photos on the go since I am an independent photographer and even tho it only slightly hinders my work flow, it is a tad concerning. My only other concern is the processing speed of the device BUT it was expected since I knew it was previously owned. Other than that I love it. I bought it specifically to help relieve the work load during NYC's fashion week and it did a great job! I can't wait to use it for photoshoots that will be lighter work loads for it's limitations! the only issue I had I was send a USB to Lightning cable.. not USB to USB C but as a I am a nerd I have plenty of cables , fast 2 day shipping and besides an annoying sticker on the back (it will be in a case) it's in really good condition.

The iPad did not charge. At first I noticed it would only charge with USBA TYPE C chargers and then it stopped charging altogether. I was going to return to have them work on it/exchange for another one but honestly this was my first time buying refurbished and this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for so I just returned it altogether.

I got this to replace my old cracked Surface Pro 6 and I couldn't be happier! Not only is the performance great, it runs smooth and has plenty of space for all my creative outlets and activities!
