I bought a refurbished Segway F65 scooter in excellent condition. I am 95 percent sure it was brand new. I couldn't be happier with the scooter so far. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is I didn't receive the 6 screws I needed to assemble and absolutely no directions to set up. But honestly those issues were easily Fixed and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy through back market. Definitely will be a customer of back market in the future!!!!

Terrific deal. The scooter is in like-new condition. Impeccably packaged in the original box. There is absolutely nothing that makes a difference between this refurb and a brand new one. Comes with a 12 month warranty. Shipped immediately. Got here in a pinch. Thank you friends, this is an amazing find. My nephew is over the moon. -MK

Really good scooter, was basically brand new with minor scratches, but rides really good and is extremely intelligent, be aware that when you first start riding it, the battery will drop real fast as the scooter’s battery management systems adjust accordingly to your riding style and other stuff lol, but after 2 charging cycles you should be able to get around 15 miles of range, assuming average speed of 9-12 mph

I’m very satisfied with the product which is a refurbished iPhone 7, the dissatisfaction I have is with myself because I should have spent a little more to get a new battery with the phone and I wasn’t sure if a refurbished phone came with a new battery or not. FOR ANY ONE WONDERING THE SAME THING: No a refurbished phone does not Come with a new battery. However, Back Market is with the money!

Bought this as a gift. Arrived timely and as described. My nephew has loved this scooter! Would use Back Market again.

I recently purchased a Segway Ninebot S 6358865 Electric scooter as a gift for my child, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon opening the package, we discovered that the wrong item had been sent; instead of the standard model, we received the Segway Ninebot S Kids version. Given that this was a gift, our child was naturally excited and reluctant to part with it, making the prospect of returning the item quite challenging. To make matters worse, the Segway Ninebot S Kids is listed at $90 less on the official website, yet there was no straightforward way to obtain a refund for the price difference through the automated system. Attempting to resolve the issue, I found it nearly impossible to reach a customer service representative. The only available option was to return the product entirely, which was not a feasible solution given our child's attachment to the scooter. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, highlighting significant shortcomings in Segway's customer service and order fulfillment processes. I hope that the company addresses these issues to prevent similar disappointments for other customers in the future. For those considerin...

Exactly what I wanted ,an iPhone I am familiar with ( I could have got a newer model, but why?) but most importantly, 164 gigs of memory so I don’t have to uninstall apps to load ones I need at the time. Plenty of room. Fast delivery, humor inserted wherever they can. They’re Great!

I must say that I am pleased with this little iPhone. This is my 3rd purchased with BackMarket. Whenever I think tech- I come to them. The phone arrived 3 days quicker than stated. It is in "fair"condition, but this thing looks brand new. And on top of that there is a 12 month warranty. I am pleased. I am not an Apple girl. I am die hard Team Android. I got this lil phone to start my social media channel. Taking pics and videos is much better quality than my Android. I am now looking into a MacBook for my business needs. shhhh.... don't tell my daughter!

Not the best for my money, even when refurbed. Lots of issues on this lil guy; battery doesn't charge fully (yes i've checked app settings), suspension on the front isn't adjustable and makes a clack sound over little bumps, the handle feels cheap; just plastic. The app experience is good but the scooter itself is subpar.

I ordered an iPhone 8 in good condition. Delivery was good and it’s working just fine. I was under the impression that there would only be slight imperfections on the phone, but not the screen. However, it does have a scratch on the screen itself.
