I had been scouting for a new iphone for a while when i stumbled upon a deal I couldn’t pass, so I placed my order and the next day it arrived! I didn’t even pay for expedited shipping! The box was unusually large and come to find out, my new phone came with a case and a screen protector along with a new charger! The condition of the phone is perfect minus some light paint chipping around the camera rim. It has only been a day but this phone is running so smoothly and the battery health is at 95%!!! I am beyond pleased and will definitely be buying any future technology from back market!

We ordered an iPad in excellent condition. The one we received had a pretty scuffed up screen and there was a hairline crack across one corner of the glass, not on the lit part of the screen but still visible. I used the customer service chat to complain about the condition, which was not as described. It was a Sunday, so it took 24 hours to receive a response. The seller apologized and offered a substantial partial refund for the disparity in condition (the refund was for more than we would have saved on a "fair" condition device), also allowing us to keep the device. Since we are about to leave on vacation without time to order a replacement, we decided to accept the partial refund. So the response was gracious, but we did not get what was described when we ordered.

The sides of the phone have visible gashes, the kind that you’d get when it fell at force or speed on asphalt. Display is replaced and phone runa a little hot when process heavy apps are being run for more than 5-10 minutes. Condition 7/10, everything else 8/10. Came with a charger adapter, usb cable and an installed phone case (TPU).

Very angry at the condition of the item that has been sent. This is NOT ‘excellent’ condition as described it is poor. I will not use again

The home buttons and power button doesn’t work
