These Wireless Headphones are my very first purchase on Back Market and I've got to say I'm very impressed with what I got. First of all, these are $70 headphones brand new but I was able to get them refurbished here for only $4 in Excellent condition! Not only that I also got a free 1-year warranty! The headphones were packaged well with bubble wrap and are in great shape. As for the headphones. They are awesome since they have tight integration with the Apple Ecosystem. They support features like Find My, Siri, Audio Sharing, iCloud Device Switching, and more. They also work great on Andriod with the Beats App on the Play Store but will of course work on any other device that works with Bluetooth audio like Windows or Nintendo Switch. The audio that comes out of these headphones is clear even in higher volumes and the built-in microphone is also pretty good too. Overall these headphones are great and I will be buying from Back Market again

Really good even with the lower rating of refurbishment, didn’t look like they were used at all. My only personal gripe is i’m not the biggest fan of the non-silicone tips, but that’s just choice of airpod, otherwise great product.

The phone came with someone’s old cracked screen protector on it, which was pretty shocking to see when expecting to pull my excellent condition phone out of the box. I wish they had taken that off. It also made me question how thoroughly the screen was inspected during refurbishing, if it all. Despite that, I have had no issues so far with the phone and am glad I made my purchase.

So far I’ve never had a bad experience with this site!!! Everything I’ve ever gotten has been top notch, well refurbished, shipped fast and these were no different!! I’m due for an upgrade on my laptop for school and plan on coming back again. 10/10 recommend.

Shipping was fast which is Great and I ordered the Galaxy buds pro and they work fine the only thing is the touch buttons on the ear buds aren't responsive but over all for the money I spent on them I'd give it a 8 out of 10 cause they do everything there supposed to do! But definitely a 10 out of 10 on Shipping! Thank you Backmarket!

I just got this item last week, and I have to say that it is great. The Apple AirPods Pro 2nd gen with MagSafe and USB-C charging case came looking excellent. There were no marks whatsoever on them and it worked like a dream. The Apple AirPods Pro 2nd gen came with everything, just like if I got them from Apple. This is the sixth or seventh Apple product that I have gotten from BackMarket and I have not been disappointed yet. Way to go BackMarket!

This stuff sigma and rated by the Skibiti Toilet and Masters of moggers. Overall 9.7/10 everything is great it’s just that refurbished item we’re supposed to work like new and it does it’s just that when I pause music and play it again as soon as I hit the unpause button I hear a small popping sound it’s really little and low and it doesn’t bother me that much unless I’m skipping constantly but it doesn’t happen during music

This and an a Ipad(bought them at the same time) was my first purchase off of back market. All things considerd this was a postive exprience for me. I chose a exellent quality apple pencil. It came it orginal box(granted it was kinda grimy) which was nice. In terms of apprence it was pretty much brand new. No scratches, no scuffs and no nothing on the pencil. I also assume that they replaced the tip becuase there was no wear on the tip. Funtions as expected. If the battery has degradated I can't tell. I dont use this thing long enough for it to be noticalble. The heaviest ive used it for was for 2 hours at time doing hw or taking notes. I have not been able to get this thing bellow 85% after a full 8hr class day whlile not charging it once. The only issue i has while getting this pencil was shipping. Granted it was done by Fedex and Ive never not had a problem with Fedex.
