The transaction was perfect. Device works great. My only gripe is my device came with a few pretty deep scratches, which drive me nuts. They applied a glass screen protector, but I can still see them underneath. The device works perfectly and is otherwise in great shape.

Great so far, no imperfections on the screen, just I little mark (not that little) on the backside glass and that's it. I thought by choosing premium it would arrive with no imperfections at all, but it's ok, since it came with a higher storage capacity than what I ordered (1 TB instead of 256 gb), so it makes up for the dent. I've become a regular customer because the products are top quality. if it says it's in great shape, the product IS in great shape. This phone looks brand new, it's fast and the specs are superior to my previous phone.

The phone I got was good, working, battery is ok, I expected a slightly newer one for an excellent condition phone but that's ok, that and the corners of the phone were sanded very slightly, not that it made a big visual difference, but it was sharp and hurt my hand. Disappointed they would try to fix what I can only assume is a scratch by sanding it. but it didn't look amazing so I really can't complain too much.
