    So, I traded my old device for this one. Once I read that the device is in "Good" condition, I expected scratches on the back opening the package. I was mistaken. The device looked damn near brand new. I was shocked actually. It functions perfectly! Getting use to the split screen keyboard was interesting lol. Lovely experience and swift delivery!

    This is my first purchase of a refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro, and after one week of ownership, I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 with the Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD, and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. The Surface Pro 9 is fast, responsive, sleek, and more than capable of handling my everyday productivity needs. Everything feels smooth and efficient, including multitasking, browsing, and running multiple applications simultaneously. The display is beautiful, and I really appreciate the versatility of having both a powerful Windows PC and tablet in one device. I also selected the Fair condition option and was pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the unit. The only markings I found were very minor cosmetic imperfections along certain areas of the edges of the device, and they were far less noticeable than I anticipated. Considering that I intentionally purchased a Fair-condition refurbished device, I was extremely satisfied with what I received and feel that the condition was accurately represented. I also want to commend Back Market for the overall purchasing experience. The ordering process was straightforward, and the customer service I received was excellent. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful when I had a question regarding a promotional offer. Another major plus was Back Market’s military discount. As a U.S. veteran, I sincerely appreciate companies that recognize and support members of the military community. The military discount provided a substantial savings on my purchase, which made an already excellent value even better. Thank you, Back Market, for offering this benefit to veterans and service members! Although I’ve only owned the Surface Pro 9 for one week, my experience so far has been outstanding. I’m extremely satisfied with the performance, condition, value, and overall purchasing experience. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would absolutely recommend Back Market and this Surface Pro 9 configuration to anyone looking for a powerful, versatile, and high-quality Windows device at an excellent value.

    I wanted to wait until I had this phone for a week before I submitted my review. It's been a week and two days. I must say, I was very skeptical of buying this phone at first because of it being in "fair" condition. I was concerned about it having small scratches, dents, discoloration, etc that may have came with it because of Back Market's description of what a fair product would look like. Plus, the battery option I chose gave me more skepticism. I've purchased from Back Market before. I have a MacBook Pro and Beats Studio Buds + that I purchased from here. So, I have confidence in Back Market's credibility. The only thing about my Macbook was where the previous owner placed their stickers, I can see it. But, other than that, I'm not bothered by it. I really don't see it. It's very faint. It's still a great Macbook. I must be honest and say that this S25 Ultra is by far the best purchase I have made on here. This phone did NOT have a single blemish on it. Heck, there wasn't even a piece of lint on it lol. I am beyond impressed. To think I was gonna buy one in good condition or better blows my mind. This phone should have been considered premium. I can't find anything wrong with it. The battery life on it is absolutely amazing. A days worth under heavy use. Thanks Back Market for another great product! I highly recommend anyone who wants to save a good piece of change to go for the fair option. I have no regrets. The icing on the cake is that it arrived days before it was supposed to be here. 20 out of 10!

    This is the first phone I've purchased for myself, and I have to say it does not dissappoint.
