Excellent Upgrade! I recently purchased a pre-owned 2020 MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and I couldn't be happier! Coming from my older 2012 and 2013 models, this was a major upgrade. The speed is amazing, the keyboard is smooth and responsive, and I love the backlit keys and shortcut lettering. Everything runs effortlessly, and it feels like a brand-new machine. So far, so good—thank you for a great product and experience!

It is perfect. My IT guy updated the software and we were in business. It is such a gift to have this computer for use by a man who is homebound. It is excellent to have this high quality machine on the table with no profusion of wires & with the camera and speakers built-in. I am a new macbook user and I was told to get the macbook air. I do believe this computer isn't terrible, however I realized after I bought it that it had an intel chip. After doing some research I decided that I needed and M1 chip because the intel computers have significantly worse performances than the M1 chip. My computer in particular overheated a lot. It had a very loud fan that would constantly make noise without me having that many applications open. I would open safari and open a youtube video and it would start overheating. It was also laggy and slow at times. The refurbisher did fine with repairing it because it can only do so much. I returned it and got the M1 mac instead.

So far I absolutely love my purchase! No dents or scratches whatsoever, works fast, battery is great. I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll be back in a few months for an update! I will be using this for school and also starting photography. I bought excellent grade.

This is the fifth computer that I purchased from Back Market (either for myself or others). As with all the others, this one came in excellent condition (essentially new with a new personalized setup including new log in). It was a breeze updating the operating system from the older OS Catalina the the 2nd most recent OS Monterey. I also was able to use my backup mass storage to rapidly transfer files, apps (including microsoft office (word, power point, etc) onto the new computer without having to repurchase. In addition, it was easy to reinstall I movie which was I program that I use very often. As with all of the others from Back Market, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
