    The IPad Pro 12.9” unit I purchased was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The refurbished Generation 2 (2017) unit shipped fast (arrived a couple of days ahead of delivery estimate) and was packaged well. The condition of the IPad was like new. I am more than happy with the purchase!

    The experience was great, I’ll probably buy form here again for sure but as for this laptop in particular, it’s only barely four years out of date so it should work far better than it does. I know it’s refurbished but one of this sites claims to fame is how excellently the products are fixed. Unfortunately, this one that I got overheats whenever I use it. My old laptop from like 2016 only overheats when I play the sims so of course the newer one now over heating more often is quite upsetting. Of course I could have gotta more ram but ya girl doesn’t have those big bucks. Anyway, great site I just got a not great product…🤷🏼‍♀️

    I ordered a MacBook Air in good condition & it has been amazing. It truly looks like a brand new laptop aside from the very small dent on the front which you can't see with a case on it. Super happy I purchased from here & didn't buy a brand new laptop for 3x the price. Will be making additional purchases from here

    I love using Back Market and I tell people about it anytime they are looking for electronics! I've purchased a few things and this time I treated myself to a MacBook Air. The physical appearance is impeccable, so far no issues with the device itself. It had some charge when it arrived and went straight to set up. It's my very own! My only issue is that I ordered a silver but I got a rose gold. Which is usually more expensive/sought after, I think, but I prefer the look of the silver color. Kind of bummed about that but I'm going to get a case for it anyways. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

    Without the very minor scratches and dents you wouldn't know it was used/refurbished. The iPad and pen work great with no issues

    The order and trade-in went smoothly and all transactions were on time. Very pleased with the new refurbished iPad. It's performance was exactly as expected. All in all, a good transaction.

    it works nice, battery not as good even though i brought it in good condition, it will turn off at random times and when i try to turn it on it will say it died yet when i plug it in the percentage is high. The update on the laptop was old which is okay because i just called apple for them to update it for me and that went smoothly. And the key “2” would barely work unless i kept tapping it but now it’s okay but sometimes it will put that same number twice. no dents, no scratches it looks very nice

    My “good” condition ipad that I paid for was in EXCELLENT condition. In addition, it came with a case and a screen protector that I was not billed for. Customer service was Excellent from beginning to end. I highly recommend Black market and will be making more purchases.

    Value for money Indeed body looks new and everything works well aside from some overheating and the fan running loud at times. I'd still recommend the laptop it's worth every cent and customer care and delivery are both very reliable.

    Machine is working great and has no issues. "Good" condition was accurate. No scratches visible on screen and very minor wear and tear on the case. All keys and touchpad working flawlessly. Battery life health came in at 94% capacity so overall very happy with the price point.
