I got the Apple Pencil 2nd Gen in the excellent condition. It has been nothing short of awesome. It came without scratches. Looks new. Guys, buy refurbished from Backmarket.

This is my first ever experience buying a refurbished phone, so I had only a theoretical idea of what I was getting into and family and friends were equally clueless. Backmarket Itself made the process very foolproof with a lot of the information that I needed – such as switching SIM cards and data – not only available but specifically sent to me. Even a technological fool like me could switch phones with little problem. My one problem was not with Backmarket itself but with Android 12. While I had looked up this model of phone to see if there were any common problems I had not done the same with the operating system and was surprised when my phone’s keyboard didn't pop up. Backmarket’s online customer service was easy to go through but had no suggestion on how to fix Android 12 keyboard issues. Since I couldn't figure out how to get a live customer service representative on the phone, I was either going to have to repair it myself or go without a phone for several days while Backmarket did the repairs. I decided to try one day of attempting to fix it myself before sending the phone off. Luckily the keyboard missing problem was a common one with Android 12 and easily fixed. I will buy from Backmarket again, I am very satisfied with the price, battery life and operation of my new (to me) phone now that the keyboard pops up. However for any other refurbished items I’ll look up common issues from both the product and the operating system it runs on first.

I love it so much! I really appreciate the value and condition my Apple Pencil arrived in. Literally no marks, scratches or dents at all. The tip remained in perfect condition. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Love the Samsung Galaxy A35 5g. Works exactly as described, excellent condition, solid battery life, cameras are decent for it's class and the display is plenty bright and smooth.

I honestly was more surprised how the excellent turned out , i’m really am happy the shipping and the deli every process is fast , and all for this to be the icing on the cake , is waiting on to trade in my phone and receive my money. I really enjoy this experience i will definitely purchase from here again , as long as yall keep up the amazing work

I wanted to get a refurbished phone to run Android Auto wirelessly on my vehicle and specifically asked about what would do that. I then bought one of the recommended phones only to find out that it could not do that because it did not meet the minimal requirements. I don't say this to berate the customer service at BackMarket as my initial questions about which phone to buy were probably too centered on functionality that most people would not know. I only say this to warn people to do their own research before purchase. As for the phone itself, it was in decent condition with a clean screen and back and no visible marks. It functions properly and accepts a micro-sd card and the only problem is the battery, which drains very quickly even when the phone is not being used. I left the phone fully charged in the morning and did not use the phone all day. By evening the battery was down to 15%. As for BackMarket's customer service, they have been polite and tried to work out the update issue although those turned out to be beyond their ability as the OS update I needed is not available for this phone. It should be but T-Mobile, whose phone this was, has not made it available for use. BackMarket itself has done all that they could and I am satisfied with them. .

It does what it's supposed to - draw on an iPad better than its predecessor, but not as good as its successor which is quite expensive but totally better, which is how these things work. Anyway, the thing shipped fast, and came in the condition it was listed as being in. Great job, 10/10 recommend, stay hydrated, make good art.

My Galaxy A14 5G was advertised in excellent condition, but I wouldn't call it that. It has a lot of cosmetic damage and the volume keys are very difficult to press. Some things didn't want to work very well at first but have improved over time with use. The power button is very difficult to feel for and find. The screen turns off a few seconds after making a phone call even though it is in the horizontal position, as I always talk on speaker, so I can't use the keypad without searching for that difficult to find power button to get that screen light to come back on. Lately a strange phenomenon has been happening when I tap to open an app. Something else entirely opens up that I don't even recognize or know what is and I have to go back and retap the app to get it to open. I was disappointed with this phone at first, but I am getting used to it and it does work well for making calls as it has Wi-Fi calling, which is very helpful in my location. And that's what a phone is for, right?

So far so good! Only the most minor blemishes on the screen and came with 85% battery life. My only downside is compared to swappa, you don't know which vendor will fufill the order until it's in the mail. This means while I paid for a flawless screen, I got one with some minor blemishes. It's totally understandable. and when I went to the refurbisher website that fufilled my order, I can see their own regulations for quality allow for minor blemishes. all said I'm still pleased
