I ended up purchasing an Iphone 13 in excellent condition after purchasing an Iphone 12 through Backmarket in fair condition and being a little bit disappointed with the amount of scratches. I am very pleased with the Iphone 13 I have recieved. My coworker who just bought a brand new 13 from Verizon cant believe that the refurbished phone looks and functions just the same as his brand new one. Overall very pleased with backmarket products!

Delivery was delayed, my fault, auto fill put in the wrong address. I notified Back Market right away and they were able to get the correct address on the package before it shipped. My iPhone 12 Pro arrived in perfect condition just as described. Saved about $350 over new. I'll be looking for an Apple Watch next. Thanks Back Market.

After years of having an Iphone 7 i decided to change it to a better one, unfortunately iphone 12s are almost a grand anywhere you go so i was a little hesitant with this one because the price seemed too good to be true. I bought it in FAIR condition, yet it arrived to me pretty much in perfect condition. It had two very minor scratches by the SD card slot and the power button, I didn't even notice they were there until a few days after using my phone. It works amazing and looks amazing there were zero dents on the sides of the phone and no problems with the buttons, screen, or cameras. The phone is amazing and so is Back Market, I will always be buying used/refurbished from here!!

I ordered an iPhone 13 in excellent condition from them and honestly the only complaint I had was that I wanted and payed for a midnight black color and was later told they only had white, blue and red. I was bummed but I still really wanted the iPhone so I went with white. Overall it was a great purchase, it came with a few scratches on the screen that were only noticeable if you looked at it close. Nothing big, honestly would totally recommend them. Commutation was great also.

I bought the iPhone 11 Pro Max in fair condition and had small scratches but if you put on the screen protector it is not visible and the phone came in at 90% battery health, came in pretty clean and was delivered to my house on the exact date it was supposed to come in, which took about 5 days but could be different for other people. Came with a cable and a charging block, overall pretty happy with the phone. And it was also my first time buying a phone from the site and I would probably come back for future purchases. The iPhone 12 came exactly as advertised. It had scratches on the screen as stated in the writeup but a glass screen cover helped with that. I've had it for several weeks now and it's worked perfectly so far. The shipping time was insanely fast too! It came a day early! Overall, excellent value and a good savings. I'll likely buy from BackMarket again! Keep it up guys!
