I’m so glad I found Back Market! Not sure I’ll ever buy anything new again. I’ve purchased a MacBook Air, Apple Watch, and a 2m lightning cable. All came beautifully packaged, looks like new, and have no issues. Items have always arrived ahead of promised delivery dates and in better condition than expected. I’ll be back for more watches and phones as my business grows.

I really like this cable, it works great, unfortunately I gave it away by mistake so I have to order another one!

There was a big blue blob on the screen, whenever it’s on it’s there. Not insanely noticeable but definitely there.

The Macbook had not even been attempted to be cleaned before reselling. There is stuff all over the keyboard and screen. Also the previous owners account was still connected. The computer had not been reset at all. Clearly was not “refurbished”.

Such an easy transaction and so much less expensive than new!

FIRST..it took this iPad 2 days to even charge. Then when it finally charge it had the previous owner’s password still connected so I couldn’t get into it. Hooked it up to iTunes only to find out that the iPad was activation locked and there was nothing I could do with it. They wanted me to send it back then wait for them to get it to give me a refund or replace
