After using this computer for several weeks now, I am thoroughly impressed. Cosmetically you can not tell it was used. Prestine condition. Operationally, it runs so smooth with no issues. I could not be happier. In the future, for my tech needs I will always start with Back Market.

So far so good, this is my first time using this site for a product and am completely satisfied so far. I chose the "good" quality over "perfect" and I'll be honest, there isn't a blemish on this phone. I am curious how it holds up over the next few months battery wise as this was my major concern but as I said, so far so good.

The phone is just what I needed. It is compatible with my insulin pump and CGM. It arrived in great shape, and I got it activated the next day. Found the phone cheaper on EBay, but without any warranty or service. I'LL STICK WITH YOU GUYS!

Most Apple products come with only the high marks of winners, after having proved itself worthy. Even then, it usually takes a while to assure it’s new owner. I have to admit that it’s not the Phone’s fault when it has hit the floor (and bounced & hit it again). Even holding my breath has made no difference in the performance of my little treasure, nope, I am so grateful that Back Market has such a talented group of refurbishers, & all involved have set their standards high. I’m really happy owning my refurbished iPhone. The only problem with my treasure is the lack of storage space, and again, my fault. From experience, I knew that I would need 256 storage but I only asked for 128. It does all of the things that I have needed it to do. My doctor set the alarm on it to remind me every day to take my prescribed meds. He just smiled & told me that our problem had a great solution. Now I take my medicine when I’m supposed to, & my doc doesn’t worry about that aspect of my care. Ain’t life grand when you have an iPhone for a friend? …and even grander when we can rely on Back Market for all the high-tech stuff? Excuse me, I have to go play on my ‘little treasure’. Basically a brand new phone. Perfect screen, body, and battery. I absolutely love it! I will definitely get another refurbished phone when I upgrade later.

I was crossing my fingers, hoping that I'd get a solid MacBook and I did! My keyboard was clean, so were the ports, I had no scratches and it looked brand new! I'm really glad I took a chance. I did pay a little extra for good condition, totally worth it.

Bought the phone at Good condition because that was what I could afford. Phone arrived in Pristine condition, battery lasts well into the night at 57-35% with using Youtube all day. And! And my network carrier said it's in such good condition, that it qualified for phone insurance! I couldn't be happier with this decision for a phone, and refurbisher!

Could not tell the phone from new. Took it on an east coast Fall foliage trip right after receiving it so it got a good workout...all went well and battery life is very good. Had previously returned one to Amz due to constant rebooting...very happy with my purchase.

I’m never disappointed with MacBook Pro. The pricing on this refurbished one was a life saver and the quality is amazing. No problems and in perfect working condition like new.

Condition of the phone is amazing! Unlocked as promised and zero complaints with the unbeatable price!
