Works amazing nothing wrong with how the computer works it is like it’s brand new there was a very small nick in the side but something worth attention overall I am very pleased with the computer and will most likely be order from backmarket again

It's functions pretty much like a brand-new Apple laptop. Whatever technical wizardry Back Market did, it WORKS. The laptop was reimaged/redone and it works flawlessly. Clean all around, no issues, no scratches or dents. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a damn near, brand spanking new Apple laptop for 1/2 the price or less.

I’ve had this MacBook for a few months now and I can say the quality is wonderful. It looks and works like a brand new and unused laptop, and for a lot less money than a new one! I definitely recommend buying.

Back Market got the MacBook to me quickly. The MacBook Air seems to work fine. I am a first time Mac user, so there is a learning curve.

The charging cord arrived damaged, which was annoying but not a problem since we have many in our house. I wouldn’t have been able to get a refund or replacement for the cord without sending the whole computer back, which seemed excessive. Otherwise all is good!

Ever thing is great iam very very very satisfied got my money and my Mac book thanks a lot will tell all my friends about backmarket,

The delivery was fast, the computer was flawless. There wasn't one thing wrong with it. The charge last for a long time and it runs great. I will order all my electronics from here from now on ..

So far a fantastic experience. The laptop is in great shape, all the bells and whistles I need. Only thing I might include is a trial subscription to antivirus software. Might be a good inclusion.

There's nothing wrong with the service. That was fine. The computer I ordered is so slow, I might as well have kept my old one! This was supposedly a refurb in good condition. I thought I was getting a good deal, but I am not satisfied with this computer at all. :(
