My Samsung Galaxy s21+ arrived quickly and well packaged. It is fully functional and in perfect condition. I saved money and got exactly what I wanted. I've already recommended this site to friends.

This product was perfect and honestly it's always a hit or miss with refurbished products from different companies. I bought the galaxy note 20 for a low price and it came in perfect condition. After 2 tries of trying to buy a good condition that matches the grade I bought unlike the other companies I got my refunds from because theirs didn't match the grade, this one and I'm happy with my purchase.

The S22 5G Galaxy is performing well. It was easy to set up and it reacts to my touch immediately. I am really enjoying it. I do put it on power save mode though to conserve the battery. It seems to help quite a bit. Kind of wish it had a better battery, but still worth it for the price.

Phone was in great condition, except I couldn’t hear anything out of the ear speaker. Turns out it was just super dirty… had to clean it out quite a bit, not a big deal but something that should have been done beforehand.

Been using backmarket for years now. As always, my order was perfect. Typically I'll just buy older phones for use with trade in at T-Mobile. I can always count on the quality being perfect for getting a trade promo!

The phone is beautiful. Looks brand new. The only issue i have is the battery life, but i believe its an S22 issue and not the refurbishment.

You get what you pay for. It’s ok for $100. It was supposed to be unlocked, but it is still tied to T-Mobile. I assumed being a GSM device it will allow me to make phone calls from it. However, it doesn’t have the phone app and can’t make calls or receive calls. I guess the SIM card will only allow you have data connection where there is no WiFi.

Phine is great and so was follow up with back market. I had the note 9 I cracked it. Now I have the note 20 and it was a seemless transition. I hardly notice the difference between the 2 versions. So glad I got it used and saved $100'
