Did not come with a power cord, luckily I had one on hand. Did come with a keyboard and mouse! Which was not specified in the listing. Overall pretty pretty happy with it! About the best bang for buck I could find.

Back Market keeps on hitting home runs. Second time I bought a laptop ( macbook and pc) that looked brand new, operated impeccably and were good buys. Keep up the good work! Everything from the delivery to the quality of the laptop is excellent. The CPU however is the i5-8250u instead of the i5-8350u which is actually fine since the only difference is a feature I have no use for. Overall lovely experience, didn't have to contact the seller about any problems and would buy again if I need anything else.

2nd computer from the same refurbisher and again it had the wrong parts. Same as before, the processor was wrong. Additionally it states that it has a 512gb SSD, but it actually has a 480gb SSD. I am keeping both computers because they are only marginally different, but if purchasing another computer in the future I would definitely avoid this seller.

Came in ahead of schedule. Has a CD/DVD player which I did not expect yet am very happy about. Thank goodness it had the bluetooth plugin for internet - worked impeccably. Will order products again as I need to/recommend to others.

Took me 6 days from ordering my computer to receiving is in the mail! I make music and I know desktops are more optimal when it comes down to productivity! The computer is lovely! I mean it possesses an i7 processor with 3.4ghz! 512GB SSD! I purposely went for the 4 GB of ram because I wanted to upgrade that myself! I really have no complaints other than the fact that it is a completely different model than what I ordered which was a bit dissatisfying to be honest! I was supposed to receive the Dell Optiplex 790 DT but actually received the Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF but the 7010 isn’t a bad machine seeing as how I can cap it out at 32GB of ram! It’s the snappiest computer I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning so all in all I am satisfied with my purchase! It came with a keyboard, a mouse and a Wi-Fi adapter because the computer didn’t come with internal Wi-Fi capabilities! Just be cautious, if you order you may or may not receive the model you ordered! 5 star quality computer, 3 star quality attention to detail but they do build high quality computers!
