Phone arrived promptly and existing number and data including my dozens of apps transferred without any problems as well as all data. Did not include a charger but did include a charging cable. 4.2/5First time buying from Back Market, had some issues with my payment in regards with my bank but it arrived a day prior to what BM estimated (but not as UPS did, that's the one that matters). I bought a fair condition S23U, the screen was heavily scratched in the left side where the thumb usually goes, the tip of the S Pen was usable but I'm still getting replacements as well as a Dommed glass screen protector which supposedly, as it uses glue, covers or fills the scratches. 5/5I spent a lot of time researching reviews from Customers of Back Market. Some were dissatisfied but most were very happy with their purchases. My S22 Ultra was in Good if not Excellent Condition for a (Fair) Condition Phone. I could tell that it maybe had had some work done on it by little minor scratches around the edge. But that was nothing. All seems to be working as expected at this time. I would highly recommend to anyone to give them a try. 3.2/5I ordered a white galaxy s22 ultra an it's been down hill since. Firstly, I WI was able to purchase the phone even though it was no longer in stock by bounce mobile technology. So I was asked to switch to a different color of the same exact device which I did. Upon delivery of my phone it was Locked to another carrier. And it's a weekend so no one is truly here to help me be able to get my device unlocked.Now I have to wait until the weekend is done just to try to get my phone unlocked and deal with more inconveniences coming from t mobile as well as bounce. This process is slowly and surely becoming exhausting. And I feel that I'm being shafted. If you're To market an item as unlocked. There shouldn't be this many difficulties with trying to get the phone on to a new service. If I wanted a phone locked to t mobile I would have purchased one. The phone is still nice but it's not the color I want. I had to be refunded just because of the price difference. Still haven't received a refund. And I still haven't been able to activate my phone. I would be weary of the sellers and their integrity when looking on backmarket for a device.
