Purchased 'Good' and got an excellent phone. Not a single scratch or crack. Yellow is more of a gold which is even better! Phone is in great working order, I am very happy with my purchase. I did pay for 2 day shipping and unfortunately it was delayed but I spoke with customer service and they refunded me with no problem. I really love the ability to customize my phone's widgets, home screen and lock screen and the AOD settings are pretty cool. every time I flip it open or closed, I feel like a modern sharpay from highschool musical. the translation and ai assistance with note taking is also really useful since I'm currently in school and I have to study non stop for my upcoming exam.

I am do happy with my galaxy . Flip 4. The phone came in perfect condition. No signs of damage, clear screen no scratches. This is my dream phone. The battery life though drains quickly if you are on it a lot. I have to charge close to 2 times a day. But it's ok. It charges quickly. My only reason for a 4 star is because when it arrived and I had to enter my Sim card there was no tool to get the port open. I didn't have one so I had to find something. Love this phone though. Get it!

You guys are pessimistic on your condition ratings. This is my second "good" condition phone I've bought from you, and both were in FLAWLESS condition! Like NOS! AND it comes with a new screen protector already installed! Love it! Data xfer was easy peasy. Phone itself is great. Nice upgrade from the A13 my wife was using before. I am really enjoying this phone! Of course, getting used to a flip phone takes some practice...but I used to love my LG flip back in the days when we ALL had flip phones! The service from BackMarket was great, the packaging good and the phone seems to be in superb condition.
