I picked up a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Market and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The phone looks good, works well, and was a solid deal for the price. The only real disappointment is the battery health—it came in at 77%, which is actually below Apple’s own recommendation for replacement (they say anything under 80% should be swapped out). For a refurbished phone, I was expecting a little better. That said, I did grab the extended warranty for about $9, so I’m hoping that if the battery keeps dropping, I’ll be able to get it replaced within the coverage period. I was worried it might be a scam, but it turned out to be a real deal. Back Market is a reliable source for refurbished phones. They responded quickly and professionally. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pre-owned phones. I got a used iPhone 15 Pro Max for my daughter from back market, I won't feel so back if she broke it or lose it.

I bought an iPhone 12 64GB - Black - Unlocked in "Excellent" condition and I would say it functions very well after using it for a couple of weeks. There are some scratches on the edges/sides of the phone (not obstructing the front screen and now covered by my iPhone case) and a small, light 1 cm crack/scratch on the front screen though that I personally wouldn't consider in "Excellent" condition since on the product page it says "Excellent" would have "Almost no signs of use" on the body. Overall, I'm satisfied with the phone, appreciate the aspect of saving money and trying to be sustainable with purchasing used/refurbished products, and would probably order a product from Back Market again in the future.

I was so hesitant to buy a refurbished phone off Back Market. After losing my phone that I bought from Apple (and am still paying off), I knew I didn't want to spend the $1,300 on a brand new one AGAIN. The iPhone 14 pro max I bought of this site is EXCELENT. I purchased the "good" option, expecting it to come with a few scratches from a previous owner.... It's literally a brand new phone. Not a scratch on it and works absolutely perfectly. Not sure how this site does with other products outside of iPhones... but I will 100% be coming back when the time comes to purchase another.

The cell phone is incredible, practically new, I was about to buy "new" cell phones from Chinese sellers on eBay but I preferred not to risk buying a cell phone with cheap spare parts, I preferred Backamrket, which yes, they are reconditioned, but you can choose the quality you will receive and they are honest in providing the details that will be given to you depending on the option you choose. I bought the premium version and it really looks new, everything works, clear cameras, impeccable screen, from now on it will be my new store when I want to buy or recommend cell phones at a good price.

i was skeptical and anxious about buying a refurbished phone for the first time but seeing that it has arrived in such a perfectly unscathed condition as if i had bought it freshly from apple itself and accordingly spot on the delivery date, i have to say that im very satisfied and happy! this was very well worth saving extra money!!! you also get a free charger excluding a cuboid in the packaging which is a must and much appreciated id definitely buy from here again, 10/10 experience

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A05 from Back Market, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The device arrived in great condition, looking clean and well-maintained. Despite being a refurbished phone, it feels just like new no noticeable scratches or defects. I was particularly impressed with Back Market's service the phone was well-packaged, arrived on time, and worked flawlessly right out of the box.

Shipping was great, even came a day earlier than expected. The iPad was in great condition, no scratches or nicks on the screen at all. I was expecting even a little bit of scratches to the body/aluminum part, but I was pleasantly surprised there were none! I was very happy, I’m a long time customer of this site.
