This Mid-2015 Macbook Pro with 1TB SSD was an absolutely amazing buy from Back Market. I purchased in August 2020 to replace a struggling Mid-2012 MBP & have had absolutely zero issues after 3yr + 5mo. Purchased under the "excellent" rating, there was no cosmetic damage & the machine ran like-new. I did purchase an OEM charger for ~$80, as I questioned whether the included one was genuine. Extremely satisfied.

I recently purchased a pair of white Apple AirPods Pro from BackMarket and was extremely impressed with the quality of the product. Despite being listed as "very good" condition, they arrived in excellent condition, looking and functioning just like new. The noise-cancellation feature on these AirPods is truly remarkable, allowing me to fully immerse myself in my music and podcasts without any distractions. The transparent mode is also a great addition, making it easy to have a conversation or listen to my surroundings without having to take the AirPods out. The battery life on these AirPods is fantastic, lasting all day with plenty of charge to spare. The quick pairing and switching capabilities between my devices were also a huge plus, making it easy to switch from my iPhone to my iPad without any hassle. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from BackMarket and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality refurbished Apple product at a more affordable price. The AirPods Pro arrived in excellent condition and are functioning perfectly, providing a fantastic user experience. Thank you, BackMarket!

The AirPods arrived with one of the ear pieces not working. Despite this issue, the apple care warranty was still valid and Apple replaced the bud for free. So if you are close enough to an apple store, I highly recommend these!

The AirPods are excellent came in at a reasonable time for my son birthday he was so happy to receive it smile from ear to ear he hasn’t had any problems with them the condition of them when they came in are great no scratches or or have any signs of it bing second hand

These are amazing and I would argue that they’d more than just ‘very good’ quality, they’re excellent quality! You cannot tell at all that they are refurbished. I have bought several apple products from BackMarket and I’m always amazed at the quality of the refurbished products! It’s a great site to get perfectly good quality products at a decent price while also helping to alleviate the global electronic waste problem!

I have had this for a little over a year and have seen many hours of use out of these without any noticeable degradation over time, would highly recommend if you can find them on sale like at did at $120 it was a worth the money!

I don’t usually review products, but this was a most rewarding event. My particular experience was awesome. The iMac (late 2015 model) was extremely well packaged. It came second day, on a weekend! Mine came with Apple’s wireless keyboard and mouse. One main reason I wanted an iMac was to use GarageBand but the iOS on this model was outdated for the current version. Not a deal breaker. Much to my surprise a later iOS upgrade (I loaded Big Sur) was easily loaded! You can get it in the App Store. Problem solved! So far I haven't used Back<Market’s help line though it’s available. My particular iMac model is plenty fast for my uses. You can connect an external SSD to save you a minute or two here and there. Maybe later as I load up the HHD. This machine is incredible with all these options available. I mostly use it to create books and surf the interwebs so works for me. Six out of five stars!

Works and looks brand new. They were kind enough to message me and confirm I had a device compatible with the pencil, which I appreciated. I received the pencil a day early and I couldn’t even tell it was refurbished. Great!

Much better prices, you have environmental ethics, and you seem to have better customer service and follow-up than other places I've bought from. I have not needed any tech help, since mine works perfectly! Also, I enjoy your personal humorous style of writing/communicating.
