This Mid-2015 Macbook Pro with 1TB SSD was an absolutely amazing buy from Back Market. I purchased in August 2020 to replace a struggling Mid-2012 MBP & have had absolutely zero issues after 3yr + 5mo. Purchased under the "excellent" rating, there was no cosmetic damage & the machine ran like-new. I did purchase an OEM charger for ~$80, as I questioned whether the included one was genuine. Extremely satisfied.

The AirPods arrived with one of the ear pieces not working. Despite this issue, the apple care warranty was still valid and Apple replaced the bud for free. So if you are close enough to an apple store, I highly recommend these!

I have had this for a little over a year and have seen many hours of use out of these without any noticeable degradation over time, would highly recommend if you can find them on sale like at did at $120 it was a worth the money!

Works and looks brand new. They were kind enough to message me and confirm I had a device compatible with the pencil, which I appreciated. I received the pencil a day early and I couldn’t even tell it was refurbished. Great!

The AirPods are excellent came in at a reasonable time for my son birthday he was so happy to receive it smile from ear to ear he hasn’t had any problems with them the condition of them when they came in are great no scratches or or have any signs of it bing second hand

This was my first purchase from BackMarket, and I was a little nervous, but they did not disappoint. The AirPods are high quality and have worked perfectly for the past 7 months. I have never been a fan of purchasing these types of devices brand new (I'm still using my iPhone 6S, mmmkay!), so when I need to replace a device, this is where I'll be buying it from.

Overall a positive experience with the marketplace! I Purchased refurbished 2017 MacBook Pro that arrived in beautiful condition! The MacBook worked flawless for 4 months until the device experienced a known issue for this generation of MacBook. BackMarket put me in contact with BStock, the company that sold the MacBook. The support staff at BStock worked with me closely to troubleshoot and identify the issue. The issue was related to a known graphics card issue with this generation of MacBook Pros. Apple would not warranty the product unfortunately. In the future, I will definitely be purchasing AppleCare immediately after purchasing new or refurbished equipment. If I purchased this device on eBay or another market place I would have been out of luck! But, BackMarket and BStock stood by their 12 month warranty and promptly refunded my money. I can't fault the company for the product. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished product that I have experienced an issue with. I am writing this from a refurbished MacBook from 2013 that is still going strong. I do not often write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment an express my gratitude to BackMarket and BStock for standing by their product and providing an overall solid customer expierence!

I don't think I've ever had a more effortless and rewarding tech purchase in my life. Condition of the product is amazing, as if it came new from the manufacturer, and it arrived in the mail THE DAY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER! Could not give this higher marks :^)
