I was shopping here for my new macbook for college (freshman year and so on!) Im highly satisfied, i really appreciate this seller not trying to scam or make a quick buck! However the packing could've been a bit more secure for the laptop itself but i still appreciate the work put in to keep this nice and fresh! I just really hope this laptop holds up! Because if it dont last long i will be very disappointed and will get a replacement for sure! But most likely, i trust that it shouldn't happen! I appreciate this seller and everyone needs to purchase from this seller! THIS WAS AN AMAZING PRICE! it was even better than the 10.9 gen ipads like this is amazing and will be great for my college lifestyle and new journey! Newbie to this site. Was impressed with reviews and feedback. You never know how many of the reviews are actually customers or just paid writers. I can say now i believe them to be true customer reviews. Very happy with my purchase. I opted for fair condition and it is at minimal fair but would go as far as good condition. No problems that are hindering performance. The screen is flawless, keyboard backlights are at varying degrees of brightness but very workable. Can see where a sticker was removered on top cover but that too isn’t a problem for me. For the price i paid i could not be happier if it were a new laptop. Have told alot of people about this site and i will be continuing to purchase from here indefinitely! Why spend $1000’s more for a brand new laptop when you can get one from back market at their extremely good prices? Warranty is better than apples and cheaper. Got a fan for life here. Thanks back market - and everyone else, do yourself a favor , buy apple laptops here. You wont regret it.

Computer works fine and I got it in fair condition and baby for the money is more than I expected it to be in a good way. Shipping to me took four days because of a weekend but it could’ve been sent in three days I’m so glad with my purchase I can’t even lie to yall if you need a computer this company is the place to get it from !

First time buying from here - received my MBP in great packaging and all seems to work well so far. A couple of cosmetic issues but nothing I can’t get past for the price. I love the MBP and touchbar is something I never thought I would use but it’s awesome. Best purchase and I am looking to make another one for an iMac 27 inch if all goes well with that back market will have a customer for life. Thank you

All in all a lot to be happy about! I got this at 86% off - amazing but also there were reasons it was that greatly discounted 🤓. Cosmetically, super minor scratches here and there - and nothing on the screen. A big ding for me was that the touchbar is blacked out and unreceptive 2-inches-in on the R side. Something that unless fixed I feel like should have been in the description of the product before receiving it. The touchpad also has some click issues from time to time, and the ‘R’ and ‘0’ keys on the keyboard are temperamental. *But other than those (still fairly minor) annoyances, it handles many windows open well, airdrop is stellar, the screen size is award worthy, and the finger I.D. scanner is convenient and great. This is my 2nd purchase on BackMarket, and I would recommend and probably will come back.
